Exceptional, Clean, Accomodating, Highly recommend!!!!!!!!
Pros:

We came into this hotel with premium expectations and from the moment that we walked in those were expectations were exceeded!! The facility was extremely clean, the staff was exceptional, extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful!! Had about everything that we could have wanted. Will definitely stay here again and again!! Highly recommend!!

Cons:

I don't think there could be much of anything that could be better. I have nothing but wonderful things to say from this hotel.

Pros:

I love the fact that they had an outdoor cat that they kept safe and happy with its own house and heater and that the cat has been with them for seven years. That’s really important to me. Other than that. They were very polite friendly and helpful. I definitely will come back.

10/10 - Will book this hotel EVERY time
Pros:

This was easily one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The room was fantastic, very clean, and they even had free waters/fruit for guests in the lobby. Personally, I've never been to another hotel that actually offers cold bottled water for free. There was even a free shuttle to the casino and back until 2am. We will stay here every single time we come to Charlestown.

Cons:

Nothing really. I can't think of anything that we could complain about.
