Lovely and comfortable
Pros:

Great location, clean and modern, comfortable

Cons:

Nothing we don’t really like, having to pay for parking is a bit of a rip off.

I enjoyed my stay but the ev parking was bad.
Pros:

The hotel was great the parking was not good I have a Tesla and the ev charging station was poor at best. No one knew much about it either.

Erittäin laadukas hotelli mutta kannattaa olla tarkkana mitä hintaan todellisuudessa kuuluu.
Pros:

Sijainti oli erinomainen, hotellilta oli helppo liikkua ympäri kaupunkia kävellen. Hotelli oli myös erittäin tasokas ja henkilökunta teki kaikkensa että huomioivat asiakkaan tarpeet ja että asiakas koki että häneen todella kiinnitetään huomiota.

Cons:

Varausta tehdessä sanottiin, että aamiainen ja wifi kuuluvat hintaan, mutta näin ei kuitenkaan ollut. Wifi kuului hintaan vain jos kuului hotelliketjun kanta-asiakkuuteen ja aamiaisella vain osa valikoimasta kuului hintaan. Lisäksi aamiaisen tilaaminen oli erittäin sekavaa ja vaikeasti ymmärrettävää.

Brilliant staff but the hotel let down by the night club/lounge
Pros:

- We stayed here as part of our honeymoon, housekeeping staff were so lovely and left us a note and some chocolates to congratulate us. They also left some recommendations for places to visit/eat at nearby
- Front desk staff were also very friendly too

Cons:

Similar to other reviews the night club within the hotel (!!) was a huge problem. We were on the 7th floor directly above the night club on the 6th floor, on the Friday night all we could hear was loud club music and our room was vibrating from the bass. We were flying back to the UK the next day so were desperate to get an early night so the whole thing was a bit stressful. Near midnight I called down to the front desk to ask how much longer it was continuing to be told it would continue until 3am. I appreciate it is not the front desk staff’s fault and they were very apologetic, additionally we were offered a formal apology and some compensation in Marriott points. However I do feel the need to point it out in a review as I would not recommend staying here on the event nights which seem to be Fridays and Saturdays.

The only other thing is the cooler in the room in lieu of a fridge, whilst cool this was a bit impractical and not very effective. For the money one would probably expect a fridge in the room

Pros:

Johanna checking us in was great. Very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Great location and the hot tub on the roof was awesome.
