Pros:

War ok
Frühstück wirklich sehr umfangreich und gut

Cons:

2x angeschrieben und um airport Transfer gebeten - keinerlei Reaktion oder Rückmeldung oder Entschuldigung. Passt nicht zum ansonsten guten Eindruck.
Und das bei Ankunft dutzende Frauen einen unerträglichen Lärm in der lobby veranstaltet haben hat mich tierisch genervt. Dazu kann das hotel selbstverständlich nichts aber hätten mal einschreiten können!

Bon hôtel mais vieillissant
Pros:

Très bon hôtel où rester sur Luwuk malgré son âge vieillissant et ça se ressent. Nous avions en effet payé pour un surclassement en chambre avec vue mer. La chambre obtenue était limite en termes de finition, la baie vitré était tellement sale qu’on y voyait trouble (dommage pour la vue qu’on a payé). En revanche, le personnel est très accueillant, et l’endroit est très propre. Le rooftop restaurant était une belle découverte avec une superbe vue de nuit. Le repas du soir par contre était vraiment pas terrible mais nous ne pouvons pas être exigeants au vu du pays. Le petit-déjeuner était en revanche bien meilleur. Je recommanderais aux réceptionnistes de tous parler anglais, car c’est une base dans ce métier.

Beautiful hotel in lovely city
Pros:

Beautiful view, lovely swimming pool, comfortable bed.
Staff very helpful and friendly, especially Roby who took me to the local hospital, waited for me and translated everything, this service was exceptional.

Ótima localização, quartos confortáveis, vista fantástica e funcionários atenciosos
Pros:

Hotel com boa localização, próximo do aeroporto e também a boa distância do cais. O facto de estar num local elevado favorece a fantástica vista para o mar.
Descendo a colina a pé, chegámos a uma rua com estabelecimentos de rua e restaurantes, onde comemos muito bem e a bom preço. Caminhando mais um pouco encontrámos um espaço com terraço com esplanada, ótimo para uma bebida enquanto se aprecia a vista.
Os quartos são espaçosos, limpos e confortáveis. No nosso caso, ficámos em quartos comunicantes (ótimo para famílias), com grandes janelas com vista para o mar.
Ótima piscina, espaçosa e  limpa, com diferentes profundidades. O espaço exterior tem espreguiçadeiras. Também tem um pequeno espaço de ginásio.
Bom pequeno-almoço, acompanhado, uma vez mais, da bela vista que se tem da varanda.
Os funcionários são atenciosos, destacamos Arafik (creio que é o nome correto) que nos recebeu no restaurante quando fomos beber uns batidos à noite e que nos deu algumas dicas para o nosso destino seguinte.
Trataram ainda do nosso transporte para o cais, garantindo que chegávamos ao correto.
Foi, sem dúvida, a escolha acertada para a nossa passagem por Luwuk!
