Pros:

Abbiamo passato solo una notte prima di prendere il traghetto per Banggai, struttura comoda e pulita, staff super gentile e disponibile

Cons:

Il personale della colazione parlava malissimo in inglese ed è stato un po’ difficile capirsi

Agréable avec une très belle vue sur Luwuk
Pros:

Très bel hôtel à Luwuk, avec des chambres spacieuses et confortables.
Le personnel est vraiment adorable.

Cons:

Pas suffisamment de transats à côté de la piscine.
Les couloirs sont un peu vieillissants.
Des travaux de peintures ont dû avoir lieu peu de temps avant notre arrivée car les chambres sentaient très fort la peinture.

Pros:

Ottima posizione vicino alla spiaggia. Personale efficiente e gentile. Ottima e abbondante colazione.

Cons:

Al nostro arrivo in camera abbiamo trovato entrambi gli asciugamani con evidenti macchie e il lavandino non pulito a dovere. La cosa è stata risolta subito dopo averla evidenziata al personale. Si sente anche un odore di fumo probabilmente dovuto ad un passato da camera fumatori.
La struttura ha la velleità di presentarsi come hotel di prestigio ma presenta evidenti segni del passare degli anni.

Pros:

Les chambre sont confortables,propres,avec clim et eau chaude. Le petit déjeuner est énorme avec beaucoup de choix.

Ideal für Ankommen und Weiter
Pros:

War gut und sauber, Alles im Durchschnitt. Frühstück war ok leider wurde kaum nachgelegt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Tagestour auf die Banggai Islands

Cons:

Das Personal war sehr träge alles dauerte gefühlt ewig. Man hatte den Eindruck es fehlt eine führende Person. 3 Angestellte beim Frühstück aber es wurde nicht abgeräumte und nicht nachgelegt ? Jeder dachte wohl das macht der andere 🥺

Pros:

Bella struttura, camera confortevole e pulita. Personale disponibile e gentile.
Servizi ottimi. Ottima base per partire per le
Isole Banggai ma ci avrei fatto volentieri qualche altro giorno per visitare i dintorni.
Ristorante buono e prezzi buoni. Un po’ care le bevande

Cons:

Niente ma se proprio devo dire qualcosa, non è vicinissima al centro e al porto.
