June holiday - family vacation
Pros:

I went with my family and was given a connecting room with my parents without requesting for it. The front desk staff (Evelyn) was attentive and gave good recommendations for food around the area. The house keeping staff even attached balloons at our door to surprise my little girl. We had an unforgettable time during stay as the hotel staff went extra to provide excellent service (front desk and housekeeping.)

Cons:

When we went to the swimming pool, we had a bit of issue witg the facilities. It would great to have someone to guide us along.

Cozy and convenient stay.
Pros:

The room was super nice and the beds were super comfortable. The pool was amazing and lots of good food options near the hotel which is amazing.

Cons:

It's a bit far from the city center area and there's an extra laundry charge which is quite expensive and makes no sense to me.

Pros:

Nice to have the mall adjoining the hotel. We like that a lot.

Cons:

We have twin beds but too close to each other.Suggest that one side table to place between the beds instead of 2 side tables.
Breakfast at rm50 is expensive because of the few and poor selections. Not tasty too.

Location wise, its a walking distance to Mrt station. And just beside mall, so very convenient

Cons:

It seems abit rundown, with some wear and tear. Cleanliness could be better
