All around, I’ll give them five star, no problem for anything

Good

Hotel charged us whooping £200 for 4 nights. Almost 2300 Liras per night. We checked pics and booked. Trust me, there was no proper door for bathroom. Door fell on me twice. When reported, their response was - “you are a family, so doesn’t matter if door is improper. Just ignore it and continue showing”. Dirty toilet. They asked for housekeeping but we refused to let anyone in during our stay. Area is so busy, you hear every engine and horn noise whole night. Shut window will have half a inch gap. In short, windows are not soundproof. Fridge was for namesake, never worked. No place to walk around, very small rooms. They dint even provide water in room. Rude staffs. Same breakfast every morning. Lift is so unsafe , it doesn’t have door. Lift operates without door where you can touch concrete and doors passing by. Extremely dangerous especially with kids. THIS HOTEL SPOILED OUR HOLIDAYS. They never refund if you cancel.
JUST AVOID THIS STAY, you got much better options elsewhere.

Iltavuoro henkilökunta oli aina vihainen ei osannut palvelua asiakkaita. Aamuvuoro henkilökunta oli todella mukava ja aasialainen.

Hotel was cheap and I've stayed before for a couple of nights, just as i did on this trip.

+ve: wifi worked in my room, price very reasonable, close enough to tram n transport

-ve: bed uncomfortable, very loud street noises, no sound proofing, room was dated and run down, peeling wall paper, bathroom fittings coming loose, breakfast very basic, poor ac.

Overall not a great hotel. If yr a solo traveller on business it does the job for a couple of nights. Definitely not a place for kids or a longer stay. I just needed a place to sleep and keep my luggage but even the sleep wasnt confortable, worn mattress, room felt dirty.

Reception guy was really nice❤❤ I hope we could meet one day

Very bad staff bad rooms bad smellvery very bad service bad food and food is very limited and awful the photos of the hotel are fake the bathroom only has one drain that is in the tub so if the water flows outside the tub it doesn’t dry and the bathrooms have bad smell the carpet is dirty


The hoel has a good location and helpful friendly staff.

The Toilet flush didn't work properly, changing the code of the safe was not possible. the breakfast was horrible and there was old egg with black dots on my plate.

Resepsion iyidir. Geri kalanı berbat

Very good. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay again when next in Istanbul.
