Nice, clean and nice for a simple traveller.
Pros:

Good location, value for money. Clean and fuss free. Just overall a very good stay for a simple traveller.

Cons:

There was no full length mirror and the lighting in the room is too bright for sleeping as the light from the toilet is shining into the bedroom or you have to switch off but then the room is too dark. Consider placing a a little lamp or night light by the bed.

تعامل سيء من الإستقبال أول مره بحياتي اصادف مثل هذا التعامل السيء

Cons:

جميع الفنادق التي زرتها عن طريق حسابكم جيده في التعامل مع الزبون وإعطائه فرصه والقيام بسؤاله قبل التصرف واتخاذ اي إجراء حيث انني كنت اتسوق وعندما عدت للغرفة تفاجأت بأنها مغلقه ونزلت للاستقبال وتفاجأت بردهم انني لم اطلب التمديد ليوم اخر مع ان جميع اغراضي بداخل الغرفه
ومع العلم بأن الفندق له طابق سادس من غير لفت تصعد عن طريق الدرج

Amazing place to stay in terms of the location and facilities.
Pros:

Had a great stay at Sovereign Group Hotel Pratunam! The location is unbeatable if you want to be close to the main shopping spots like Platinum Mall and local food stalls. What made the stay even better was the staff—they were so welcoming and helpful throughout. The facilities were also clean and in great condition. Excellent value for money, will definitely come back!
