Great Stay with Excellent Service!
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Souvereign Bangkok. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What stood out the most was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was friendly and professional, but I want to give a special mention to the security team—they were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure guests felt safe and well taken care of.

Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely return. Highly recommend!

Pros:

We stayed here because we had an application for a visa close by. We decided to cut short our 3 night stay after one night because the room was tiny and the traffic was terrible for getting in and out. We thought we might miss our flight out of BKK so opted to stay at a hotel closer to the airport that was a lot more luxurious and eat the cost.

extremely RUDE staff
Pros:

checked in on 26 oct, everything fine.30th Oct,went out with my husband around 1+, hanging out the sign board asking to make up the room.return back 3+ yet the room not clean yet.went to ask receptionist yet she extremely RUDE accusing us not hanging the sign board. ( NEXTIME INFORM US).

Very good location as everything is in walking distance range. I took Deluxe king room which is of average size but other rooms are small, but price is right for location. Tanya on frontdesk is polite and helpful, cleaning staff is also hardworking compared to ther hotels I stayed in Thailand.
