Emplacement excellent!
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal quoique un peu bruyant mais globalement c’est pratique. Le personnel est agréable et serviable. L'appartement est bien équipé avec le nécessaire de cuisine.

Cons:

L'absence d'ascenseur dans l'immeuble et l'absence de hotte dans la cuisine.

Die Lage, das Frühstück sehr gut und das Personal, extrem freundlich , Gratis Süßigkeiten und Tee

Cons:

Die Zimmerausstattung (Zimmer 007) , kein Schrank im Zimmer und kein separates Badezimmer und Toilette, sehr einsehbar vom ganzen Raum, kaum Ablagefläche im Bad , schwierig zu Duschen, keine erhöhte Duschstange zum Ablegen des Duschkopfes

Atención cliente. Tuvimos un problema ya que nos dieron un 3 piso sin ascensor , lo cual nos pareció mal ya que pagar más de 700 euros por esto era injusto , pero lo han solucionado devolviéndonos parte de lo pagado por lo tanto han sido conscientes y como hay que agradecer este detalle al hotel.
La cama fabulosa y el desayuno con productos de calidad

Lo dicho ascensor roto y no se avisó con tiempo de reacción,

We booked the apartment next to the hotel . The lift up to the top floor wasn’t working. . We complained and the manager moved us into the hotel Ito another room and told us we would get a refund . After 10 days no refund from booking . com or the hotel very unimpressed as they are both very good at taking you money immediately.

Pros:

Fungerande ac, doftade gott och trevligt bemötande. Underbar frukost som inte ingick men ändå.

Cons:

Bara en hiss som personal o gäster skulle använda samtidigt. Man kände sig lite skyldig när man knökade in sig med handdukar och städmaskiner.

Lovely breakfast, great selection and good coffee.

Great location near bars and restaurants, staff friendly and helpful with minor issues, good continental breakfast, tea lounge very nice to relax in.
Bedroom good size with minibar, bed comfortable.

Ein innenliegendes Hotelzimmer ohne äussere Frischluftzufuhr ist schon sehr bedenklich und ist Hinsicht europäischen Richtlinien sehr zweifelhaft

Pros:

Location is right on a strip of restaurants offering tapas options.

Cons:

This section of Granada features very tight streets, difficult parking if arriving by car. We ended up leaving our car at Alhambra and hiking down with packs

Un excellent séjour dans un lieu superbe
Pros:

L’hôtel est situé en plein castor, proche de toute commodité.
La décoration est soigné, les petits déjeuners sont excellents. Les chambres sont très propres et très bien équipées. c’est un havre de paix au milieu du cœur historique.

This will become our favourite place to stay in Malaga.
Pros:

We had an apartment next door to reception. A few stairs to climb so not suitable for everyone but there is a lift in main Hitel. Facilities in kitchen had everything, bed was very comfortable, small balcony to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine and people watch.
The breakfast was very good with lots of choice and great coffee. There is a tea lounge with great assortment of teas and jars. If sweets to help yourself anytime. The staff were delightful and so helpful.
