Everything, the upgrade was amazing, the location, staff were amazing and very knowledgeable and personable . We used the spa which was great

Great location, elevator was fast, the room was spotless and it smelled really good!

Cons:

I had some trouble with the key-card and had to make a few trips to the reception to have it solved.
Some noisy neighbours. In the end, no big deal!

Pros:

Ubicación inmejorable!! En el centro, cerca de toda la zona de tapas y bares. Ambiente genial!
El hotel una maravilla, te atienden fenomenal, y además tienen detalles como zona de té, con galletitas y gominolas lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Te hacen sentirte como en casa.

Een goed gelegen hotel, echter met kamers zonder raam en dus ook geen mogelijkheid raam open te zetten.

De locatie , ontbijt en mogelijkheid een grote variatie aan thee te maken in de lounge.

Cons:

Het was echt een schok om te ontdekken dat onze kamer geen raam had; alleen een glazen paneel naar de gang. Omdat onze kamer op de bovenste etage lag, was het plafond laag, ook in de badkamer. Daar kon mijn man niet rechtop staand plassen. Omdat er geen raam open kon, waren we aangewezen op de airco en die kon niet lager 18 graden.

Good location next to old town, everything in walking distance.
Nice touch with free coffea, tea, biscuits and candy in the lounge area.

Cons:

Room towards the street was a bit noisy.
Needs more storage in the room, for clothes, and some shelves in the bathroom.
