تواجد حشرات في الحمامات..
عدم نظافة ادوات النظافة مع العمال..
مكتوب يوجد افطار.. وتتفاجأ انه ٣ زيتونات وجبنه مربعة وملعقة فول وعسل صغير ومربى صغير وخبزتين واكواب فارغة مع شاي وسكر.. فلا يوجد بوفيه

Pros:

Good value for the money.

Pros:

We went there twice and the 2nd time the hotel was improving and the restaurant started working.. breakfast that time was good for the price but was of medium quality.. the place was clean. Free laundry for 2 pieces of clothes are available.. the location is easy to be reached near to alrashid mall,but it is not a perfect place

Cozy, spacious and affordable
Pros:

I booked thru booking.com and the rent was affordable. Despite checking in earlier, reception agent allowed it. I was able get my accommodation 1 hour early.The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and impressive . It was near the big malls. The staff were very accommodating. The downsides were: slow Internet for my standards, hope there was a TV channel guide, supplies in the public toilet should be restocked and should always be clean, and I can here some noise from the other room. Overall, loved the place and yes I will book again if given the chance. I rate it 3.7 stars.

Pros:

It's difficult to summarise this place as average or very good with the only two best options, but I would say it was good. Located behind Venice Mall it’s not so difficult to find the hotel, with a kind helping hand through the porters. Room size was adequate & very well stocked with free amenities & a free laundry service (for two clothing), with a bathroom that was clean but average.
What makes this place stand out was the cleanliness of the place & price for a quick weekend break this place has the right price, with a very fast WiFi.

Perhaps the cleanest place
Pros:

This is a new hotel, everything their is immaculate, the service is great, the people are friendly and really try hard to satisfy every need of the guests with big smile. The most that attracted me wad the Bedding, its a 5 star quality. The location next to a mall is an added value. What I would like to recommend is to install another elevator and a restaurant for breakfast and dinner for those eat inn guests. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family and love to go back.
