A good, clean and basic place to stay for a night.
Pros:

Excellent place for a stop over. Close to restaurants and fuel. Will make a point to stay again. Pet friendly was appreciated.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Cons:

That wrte up said there was a fridge and microwave in room but there was not. There was no ice machine on property so no way to have a cold drink.

A pleasant stay. They are in the process of updating, and are doing a great job!
Pros:

There was coffee, but no breakfast. I don't think that was mentioned as an amenity.

Cons:

We were double charged, and it took us a while to get that sorted. It was not on purpose. I think it was someone who was new at the front desk and didn't realize we had already been charged thorugh booking.com

Pros:

Room was fine and spacious with 2 double beds. Bathroom was good enough.

Cons:

Outside area needs attention. Remove debree and any items not needed. To make it look neat and tidy. The dog walking area is excellent however the dog trash can needs changing frequently as it was full both days we were there and smelt awful. I understand about the renovation however it can still be made to look better. Thanks

On highway, good for going to the provincial parks.
Pros:

We werer given a huge sized room, not professionally renovated, but we liked it.
The location was on highway easy for us to get to the provincial parks.

Cons:

Not close to the town, restaurants, and stores, but it's convenient to get to the provincial parks.
Get an elevator when you get the chance.

We liked it so much that we booked another night.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Room very clean and with all the amenities. Front seat staff recommend an excellent Restaurant within walking distance.

Affordable budget-priced, pet-friendly stay.
Pros:

Reasonably priced room that accepted a pet without any extra charge. Location was on a major artery so easy to get anywhere in Sudbury.

Cons:

Compared to other Motel 6 locations, this one was slightly sub-par in terms of amenities and decor.
