We go every year
The rooms and property were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff very helpful and friendly. Deli next door was convenient for coffee and/or breakfast in the morning and within walking distance. Just a great place to stay. I'd definitely book again.
Very clean, very family owned resort. The Helluva deli next door is not to be missed! Pool is gorgeous and so clean. You have to walk down a steepish hill to the lake but it’s beautiful and they have a telephone to use if you want a golf cart ride back up. They have a keurig coffee maker and small fridge and microwave.
Very close to the downtown, I recommend taking a ferry cruise down there for sure. Lots of fun mini golf courses around. We went to Antonio’s to eat, it was very good with a pleasant staff.
Property was clean and staff were very welcoming.. nice having the deli and store within walking distance. Firepits are lovely to have !! Nice comfy bed and nice and quiet, even with wedding guests staying there and it being car show weekend .. just booked for next year! We’ll be back! Thanks!

Stone Gate resort was top of the line and we will definitely be staying there again.
Nicely updated family run property!
At check-in there was water on bathroom floor. Overnight it became a sizable puddle. Believe toilet supply line was leaking. Repair gone bad? Annoying that had to tiptoe around puddle trying to leave the next morning.

The resort is beautiful! The rooms we had were super clean and the staff was very friendly! The lake is spectacular and the amenities offered were above and beyond what we expected. They had fire pits, basketball and pickleball courts, and a playground. Wish we were staying longer than a night. Definitely would go back.
Very close to Lake George downtown. Has a private beach and access to waterfront. Best value for money
Friendly staff and good communication
We had a beautiful stay . The only thing I can say if u have to check in late you’re in trouble because the office closes. Luckily my son got there before me and was able to get my and my other sons key to the room . But otherwise it was spotless clean and when I met the staff so kind and courteous .

Friendly, service-oriented family run hotel and resort with a generous ton of amenities and conveniences. The room was spacious and very nice; clean and quiet. The views down by the lake are great and the staff make this an easy place to relax and enjoy. Recommend it highly!

The location was serene and immaculate. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. The view of the lake was stunning. We took pleasure in the pool, game room, gym, and playgrounds. The hotel also offers a laundry room. We will certainly return!
