A good location, warm. hotel restaurant was quite good. wifi was good, free parking appreciated.

Cons:

average breakfast, lack of good fruit. room smelt of smoke. poor value for money. Next room has a barking dog. Spa looked in need of repair.

Comfortable stay in the center of Pamporovo, though a bit overpriced for the quality.
Pros:

Comfortable rooms, great food at the restaurant, and has a decent spa. There is a shuttle to the ski area.

Cons:

The rooms on the top floor were extremely warm, and it was nearly impossible to cool down. Due to the heat and dryness, we got very poor sleep. The staff did not seem to be well trained, except the crew at the restaurant and lobby bar, they were great.
