Great stay at the end of the winter season
Pros:

Even though it was the end of the winter season, we had an excellent stay.
Highlights included the breakfast, the spa, and the beautiful view from the room and balcony.

Cons:

On the downside, the room was a bit small and there was limited information about activities in the area.

Mi-au oferit o camera care nu era in standardul pentru care am platit. Dupa discutii cu receptia si nervi au schimbat-o. Micul dejun mult mai sarac decat acum un an. La sauna era un nesimtit fara chiloti pe el.
Esti anuntat ca prosoapele se schimba la 3 zile.

Would come again, really liked it!
Pros:

The hotel had everything we needed for our ski trip. Good spa, good stuff, good rooms.
The parking and shuttle bus were also very good. We walked towards the ski slopes - 10 minutes by foot.

Cons:

The restaurant is pretty expensive and the food is not so good.
We would have appreciated some chairs and a table on the balcony, alongside maybe a drying rack.
The heat knob in the bathroom couldn’t be turn, thus it felt like a sauna :)

Платихме почивка в хотел „Мургавец“, а получихме пълен хаос и липса на елементарно обслужване.
Още при пристигането – никой не посреща. Настаняването започва с грешка – заявена спалня, дават стая с отделни легла. След разправии – „оправена“ стая със събрани легла.
Паркинг няма. Въпреки че е платен, местата са заети, включително от служители. Гостите се пращат да търсят място извън хотела.
СПА зоната е в недопустимо състояние – джакузито с мътна, кафява вода. Обяснението от персонала: „минали са 200 човека“. Това не е оправдание, а доказателство за липса на контрол и хигиена.
Асансьорът към СПА се ползва и от работници в мръсни дрехи. Миризмата е тежка, пространството е тясно, а отделен служебен асансьор няма.
Персоналът не дава решения, само оправдания.
Това не е СПА хотел. Това е лошо управление, лоша хигиена и пълно неуважение към клиента.
