Pros:

Много чисто навсякъде, много любезен персонал, много красива гледка от терасата. Закуската беше разнообразна и много вкусна, храната на вечеря в ресторанта също беше страхотна!

Сградата е разположена на центъра.

Cons:

Закуската беше крайно оскъдна ( и то за хотел претендиращ 4 звезди) , за пръв път съм в хотел , в който за закуска нямаше - масло , крема сирене имаше два или три вида салам.

There was advertised as free parking, but the parking is for 10 cars. This is hotel with 8 floors and 10 rooms on each. Clearly don't count on this parking for your car.

Pros:

Хотелът се намира на много централно място в Пампорово, което е голямо удобство.

Cons:

Персоналът не беше от най-любезните, на няколко пъти сервитьорът в основния ресторант ни отговори по-сопнато.

Nice hotel with good rooms with great views, can improve on service
Pros:

We stayed at their specious and well designed two bed apartment on the 7th floor. Great views, clean and well equipped. Lovely pool.

Cons:

For the price we've paid I would expect at least to have a complimentary coffee and water refills daily, not just on arrivals. Instead, we had to pay €2 per coffee cap! It's not about the money is the little gestures that make all the difference!
