Lovely hotel, comfortable, clean
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the common lobby room is lovely and comfortable.

Cons:

Seems a little expensive for the area, but I guess it's comparable to other places. Nice hotel.

Perfect weekend getaway
Pros:

The breakfast & staff was excellent ,clean, friendly, & the perfect staff. The room was perfectly clean and spacious. The little extras like the smores kit & the water was perfect for my grandchildren, a great idea!

Lovely and comfortable hotel
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The lobby is lovely and there was an excellent breakfast there. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good hot water.

Cons:

Seemed expensive for the area, but probably average.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The front desk was misleading regarding late checkout. A late checkout had been approved in advance, but on the morning of departure we were informed it could only be extended by one additional hour beyond the normal checkout time. This required us to rearrange our travel plans at the last minute, which was very inconvenient.

During our stay, only one elevator was operational for both guests and housekeeping staff, with no service elevators available. This made going to and from our room difficult and time-consuming.

Cleanliness was also a major concern. The room was not properly cleaned. When we requested full housekeeping service, the room was only vacuumed. The bedsheets were never changed—even after specifically requesting fresh sheets, the beds were simply made using the same linens. Due to my children’s allergies and the lack of reliable housekeeping, I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies to ensure the room was adequately cleaned.

Overall, the experience was disappointing and fell short of what we expected from this hotel chain. Not representative of Hilton standards worldwide.

Untrained front desk who provides inconsistent service
Pros:

This place is run by a bunch of untrained people. There are front desk staff who tell me I can buy alcohol all night long. There is a guy at night times who "sell" alcohol all night long. All of a sudden one night woman named Shannon tells it is state law alcohol cannot be served after 2am. 1) Train your front desk staff to give accurate information. 2) Check the camera and find out how the man does give out alcohol and does not log those in. Yes the man sitting in the little room with a CPAP machine.

Fabulous place to stay!!
Pros:

This was a fabulous hotel. It was clean and beautifully inviting I. The lobby and gathering area. The staff was welcoming and engaging.the room was so comfortable plus it had a wonderful kitchen area - if we had needed it for a longer stay. The breakfast was phenomenal and the dining staff was so kind and attentive- making sure we had everything we needed. There was an omelet and waffle station in addition to eggs, potatoes,, oatmeal, cereal, fruit and Hispanic makings for a breakfast burrito.
The best I’ve ever seen at a hotel!
We had a fabulous stay! Could not recommend this property more.
