Location was nice, check in was quick.
Breakfast was bad, there were multiple parties going on in the hallways and it was extremely loud all night. Didn't receive a copy of the receipt.
Room was clean comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was included and there was eggs, bacon, toast, fruit, cereal, juice, tea and coffee. It was well presented and kept up. Check in/out was courteous and fast. I had to get a document from an email printed out and they happily accommodated me.
The location for us was great. It was just a short distance NE from the hustle and bustle of Calgary. Costco was literally less than a km away. There was a huge mall with a good court with many good choices for a meal nearby. Didn't do any shopping but toured Bass Pro Shop, well worth the visit, it was amazing. Access to get to the west side of Calgary on 201 was fast and easy, literally 25 minutes and back on the TransCanada west of Calgary.
The deadbolt on the room did not work, the cupboard door to the fridge was broken, the locking mechanism to the south end entrance door on the main floor did not always latch so security was compromised. All this was reported to the front desk and they were glad it was brought to their attention.

There was an insane amount of light that came around the door into my room, which made sleeping impossible. When I let someone know about this at the front desk, they said they would look into it and see if that was normal. No update was ever provided.
Further, I was to be a repeat multiple trip over multiple weeks Client while working a job in the area. Due to an initial booking error, the staff was unwilling to give me the discount that my association afforded me.

The first room that we booked the fridge was very dirty and not cleaned at all. We were upgraded to a big room and that was great. However, The only thing we did not like was there was a spider underneath one of the pillows. Other than that, it was a good stay and the staff were very friendly.
Could you please make sure the room is thoroughly cleaned and checked for any spiders, especially under the pillows and around the beds. We had young toddler and were worried a spider might crawl into their ears while they are sleeping. We would really appreciate it if you could make sure the room is safe and free of spiders. Thank you.
Easy to find and great for daily access to north Calgary. East early check-in and super friendly and efficient front desk staff.
It was good. There was some construction but we were not bothered at all and obviously that will be done at some point.
This is a great location, really handy for a pre or post airport nights stay with Costco and a large mall beside it. Check in was friendly and efficient. My room was spacious and comfortable. The pool area was being refurbished so was unable to use this, but knew this was the case when booking. Overall it was a good stay and I would use the hotel again if I were in the area.
I found a long black hair in the tub. There were shampoo and shower gel available in the shower but strangely no hand soap provided. Breakfast was average and very busy, so much that I couldn’t get a seat/table and ended up standing at a shelf in the corner.
