Perfekt
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente der Bar und des Restaurants war außergewöhnlich schön. Das Zimmer hat vor allem unserem Sohn super gefallen, da er seine eigene Ecke hatte.

Pros:

The restaurant and food are excellent.

Cons:

The towels and bed linen were dirty, the air conditioning barely works, and there is no elevator. I had to carry all our luggage up to the second floor with the kids. The reception staff are often not at the desk, and I have to look for them around the hotel. The TV doesn’t work either.

Nice little hotel with excellent food.
Pros:

Food in restaurant (part of Hotel) is excellent. Staff is very friendly. Location is close to Arena Center id you like shopping and IMAX theather. Breakfast is fabulous.

Cons:

Narrow entrance to parking.
