大変残念

10月9日からの出張で、Booking.comを通じて5,800円のシングルルームを1泊予約したつもりでしたが、当日16時20分過ぎにチェックインの連絡をしたところ、予約が2件あり、合計11,600円が決済されているとの説明を受けました。

フロントでは、予約のうち1件は当日キャンセル扱いとなり、返金できないとの説明でした。

ホテル側のご説明では、予約情報に私の電話番号が登録されていなかったため、事前に確認の連絡ができなかったとのことでした。しかし、Booking.comには私の携帯電話番号が登録されていたはずであり、メール等で確認いただくことも可能だったのではないかと思います。

結果として、実際には利用していない1室分の料金5,800円を負担することとなり、残念に感じております。

予約が重複した経緯について、改めてご確認いただくとともに、未使用の1室分の料金について、返金をご検討いただけますと幸いです。

◎二重丸

朝早く到着した時にロビーで朝食を食べました。帰りは時間まで人との荷物を預かって貰えて助かりました。
