Die Anlage hatte wirklich äusserst viel zu bieten mit den verschiedenen Poolanlagen, gerade mit den 2 mit Meersicht
Die Restaurants im Hotel hatten oftmals mehrere Menüs nicht mehr im Angebot. Unglücklicherweise immer diejenigen, die ich bestellen wollte :)
Największym atutem tego obiektu była obsługa, zwłaszcza Glen z recepcji. Przemiły człowiek, wiecznie uśmiechnięty i bardzo pomocny. Pokój hotelowy był przestronny z wygodnymi łóżkami.
Hotel wymaga kapitalnego remontu, który zresztą odbywał się podczas naszego pobytu co trochę uprzykrzało odpoczynek. Basen na ostatnim piętrz był wyłączony. Na każdym kroku w obiekcie widać upływ lat, czy to recepcja, czy drugi basen który był otwarty czy restauracja. Śniadania na niej serwowane też nie zachwycały. Były powtarzalne z niewielkim wyborem. Hotel na zdjęciach wygląda dużo lepiej niż w rzeczywistości.

La comunicación con el personal y la gestión fue pésima. Llegamos a la habitación y olía mal, no estaba especialmente limpia, y no cumple con lo que ponen en la página de Booking. Ponía que la habitación tenía bañera o ducha, pero luego te dicen que no que solo es ducha. También pone que las vistas son al jardín o a la montaña, pero luego también te puede tocar vista a la piscina. La piscina infinita estaba cerrada desde hace un mes y no lo avisan hasta que llegas al alojamiento. Cuando decidimos cancelar, Booking dejaba cancelar con cargos o solicitar una cancelación gratuita. Por lo que entendí al personal, creí que querían que solicitáramos una cancelación gratis, por lo que lo hice esperando que no hubiera problema. Mi sorpresa llegó cuando al día siguiente me contestaron con una negativa y ya Booking no me dejaba cancelar con cargos, por lo que perdí casi 300 euros por una mala comunicación. Ni siquiera al intentar resolver el malentendido el hotel se quiso hacer cargo.
Todo hay que decir que se ofrecieron a darnos una habitación mejor de manera gratuita, pero el propio ambiente del hotel no nos gustaba y queríamos cancelar incluso con cargos. Lamentable la gestión que no se hizo cargo de ningún malentendido.
Everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was excellent and the cleaning was super consistent. The private pool was plus points!! The breakfast is varied and good.
Nothing bad, just wanted to experience the infinity pool at 7th floor but it’s under renovation.

The location and the room
Location, for us, is very good. Located along the main road which is very accessible to the public transport. Walking distance to the mall and restaurants. Hotel has a good vibes. Rooms are neat and clean, comfortable to stay. Though, I expected some courtesy since it is our 2nd time and this time I encourage my family to stay here but I get none, no discounts for seniors as well. Good thing, Glen, their staff is very helpful and approachable.

Superb service and hospitality. Will definitely go back. Thank you to all the amazing staff of Altabriza for taking care of me and my family during our stay. Their rooms are clean, amenities and services are on point, location is perfect. We felt very secured and had the time of our lives.
Close to restaurants
Room has issue with aircon and the fan in the washroom not working properly
We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in this lovely hotel. We are so grateful that we found this place on Agoda. We were looking for an affordable hotel in Station 2, and we were very satisfied with this one.
Check-in was smooth, but take note that they require a cash deposit, so make sure you have cash on hand. Since we were four families checking in together, we requested rooms on the same floor, and they gladly accommodated us.
Our room was spacious, with a cabinet and a clean bathroom. You can request housekeeping to clean the room every day. They also offer free breakfast; although the menu is limited, I still enjoyed the food. The waiters were very nice and helpful.
One thing we really liked about this hotel is the pool—my kids and nieces loved it. The water is warm, so we all enjoyed swimming. I also personally liked the rooftop infinity pool; the view is beautiful. Even though the hotel is located on the main road, I couldn’t hear cars or ebike at night, which made it a quiet place to stay.
The hotel’s location is very accessible, close to the main road and walking distance to D’Mall. We were also happy to have a Jollibee right in front of the hotel. On our last night, we tried their body massage service, and it was wonderful. The hotel provided a spa bed, which was very comfortable for me.
Overall, we had a great time, and if we go back to Boracay, we will definitely stay at Altabriza again.
