Book elsewhere-Poor service and uncomfortable beds.

Only provide one card key access for accommodation for 4
Charged me for an additional card even though I didn't get one printed.
Paid extra for parking but was given the wrong boom gate remote. When I advised them of this was given no response and problem not fixed. Subsequently we were told by the building reception our car had to be moved and was not able to stay in the carpark. This cost was not refunded by the property.
Beds were uncomfortable could feel springs. Overall apartment falling apart and sliding doors difficult to open and close which meant bathroom door was unable to be closed properly.

The location was great. The apartment was all it said it was.

Cons:

TV remote stated to only use for on/ off. To use foxtel remote for every thing else. No idea where it was kept
Manuels for microwave and washing machine would have been great. Put a load of washing on only to have machine keep beeping at me. Tried using Microwave, with no luck. Did manage to get child lock on though
And would it really kill the hotel to let you use a trolley? They have them out the back, coats nothing to be polite. I used a wollies trolley to get luggage to car.

Excellent place
Pros:

Loved the place. Manager was easy to deal with to organise keys and last minute car park. Price was very reasonable. 1W

Not much to not like except perhaps there was no TV in main bedroom

Good location but the apartment needs a complete makeover.
Pros:

Location good for our purposes. There are plenty of eating options nearby and once we secure our carpark - the one assigned to us was already taken up, that was ok.

Cons:

Very poorly designed kitchen etgte with hardly any room for preparing even a light meal. The pans were right up high and the cutlery way down low which was off. Cupboards hard to open. The basin in the laundry had no plug and thw shower needed replacing. Worst was the bed - narrow and in a boxy room with no windows. The matress top did not cover the whole bed and the bedding cheap. Pillows awful.

Great location, good little stay
Pros:

It was a spacious apartment with two bedrooms that could be closed off from the living area which was helpful for us with kids. Everything was clean and comfortable with water and a starter milk provided in the fridge.

Cons:

The blinds in the living area weren't block out and with no curtains it got very bright in the afternoon which made it hard to see the TV. There is also a decent gap between the edge of the concrete and the glass screen out on the balcony so we didn't feel safe to be out there with the kids.

This is our third time staying in this apartment and we love it!
Pros:

Lots of space, beautifully decorated, easy access, great location.

Cons:

Some things in the apartment needed a bit of maintenance - the shower head, lock on bathroom door etc.
