Cons:

Anyone booking this property, take note that while it says it has parking, it does not. You are expected to park on the street, which sucks when you out ‘Parking’ in the search filter.

Pros:

Staff were quite nice and towels and linens were very clean. It is very close to the train station.

Cons:

There was no lift and for those travelling with big luggages, It will be a mission to bring them up to the rooms. Also, because there is a bar downstairs, the cigarette smell is all over the place.

Pros:

It was close to the train station and the staff were good.

Cons:

I turned on a switch in the room and it popped and sparks flew out and burned the end of my finger. It shut the power down in our room. No one was concerned that it actually injured me.

Great overnight accommodation for the price
Pros:

Regents Park Hotel is a good room for a night. The bed was super comfy and clean, nice towels and the room well equipped for an overnight stay. Decent bathroom with plenty of hot water. The hotel itself is located across from the train station, so it is perfect for getting to Accord stadium.

Cons:

The bathroom could've used a bit of extra bleach through the shower, and some basic maintenance wouldn't go astray (i.e. the toilet seat was loose, vanity tap loose - all things that should be picked up by housekeeping during cleaning)

2-3mins walk to regent park station. Its about 15min to Central Station.. still quite a good location.

1hour from Sydney International Airport station.

Hotel is within the Muslim community with variety of Muslim friendly foodshop. There were other shops within the neighbourhood.. such as laundry..pharmacy..so convenience.

Bar is just within the hotel area..chill and breezy weather at night..

Late checkout is available upon request and subject availability.

Just need to access via the staircase but still doable
