I absolutely do not recommend using this establishment. When I was checking in, they asked for my credit card to verify the details, and a few days after my stay, they used it to make purchases.
The smell of smoke is very strong all night, the showers were not cleaned, and two days after our stay my credit card was used for purchases without my authorization and I only presented the physical card at this establishment.

Location, false advertising and safety! Staff were slow it took them 45mins to serve me and book me in and then took me around the bar like I needed to know this I just wanted to go to my room. We don’t end up staying there… we checked in and then left the key in the check out box the minute she gave it to me! NEVER AGAIN

Staff were quite nice and towels and linens were very clean. It is very close to the train station.
There was no lift and for those travelling with big luggages, It will be a mission to bring them up to the rooms. Also, because there is a bar downstairs, the cigarette smell is all over the place.
It was close to the train station and the staff were good.
I turned on a switch in the room and it popped and sparks flew out and burned the end of my finger. It shut the power down in our room. No one was concerned that it actually injured me.
Regents Park Hotel is a good room for a night. The bed was super comfy and clean, nice towels and the room well equipped for an overnight stay. Decent bathroom with plenty of hot water. The hotel itself is located across from the train station, so it is perfect for getting to Accord stadium.
The bathroom could've used a bit of extra bleach through the shower, and some basic maintenance wouldn't go astray (i.e. the toilet seat was loose, vanity tap loose - all things that should be picked up by housekeeping during cleaning)
