If you just want place to stay. You can choose this one. Don't have expectations.
Pros:

The location is convenient.

Cons:

The reception is shared with casino place which is weird. If you bring a child, you have to enter via another entry. There are no people on duty before 12am-10am. If you want two access cards that is not possible. The reason is hotel policy.

Staff could be more understanding and not fob off customers enquiries about general functions.
Pros:

The after hours exit was nice and easy to use.

Cons:

The WiFi never worked needed to hotspot my phone to watch TV. The room was nothing like the images of what I booked for the price.
Didn’t bother with the free drinks or anything also the bar fridge froze all the water and milk… haha

The location of Nightcap Regents Park makes it popular with me.
Pros:

It’s location was prime - across from the Regents Park T line railway station and main bus stop. A public carpark offers overnight parking and it was again located across the road from the hotel.
My room has windows facing the back of the hotel - although looking out to the back of the building, it was quiet and peaceful for sleeping.
The room was tidy and good for a few nights stay

Cons:

The room was a small space but was functional and enough for overnight stays.
There are 3 flights of stairs with 5-7 steps
Despite its good location the stairs may limit who can stay here.
Having a hair dryer in the bathroom would have been good
