Location is amazing and allowed us to enjoy Mudeford. We moved our room with a balcony overlooking the gardens and the harbour. Food was excellent in The Jetty and breakfast.
Unfortunately the spa was closed for refurbishment, as the time to finish the work has been extended several times. Wedding parties made some of the public areas quite crowded. Parking was a little chaotic but the hotel tried hard to make it work.

Room was unbearably hot. No proper preparation made to cool the rooms - the heat wave was forecast. The single old fashioned fan was woefully inadequate.

The location and rooms were lovely , beautifully done , very clean , and the staff in the restaurant and bar were exceptional nothing was too much trouble.
I understand refurbishment has to happen, but I had a skip outside my room with a mesh fence around , so no view so to speak. I was disappointed. Unfortunately, during my stay I suffered a significant reaction to a mosquito bite on my eyelid, which caused my eye to swell dramatically. I appreciate that this was not the hotel's fault, however I was disappointed by the lack of concern shown when I sought advice. I was directed to a pharmacy, where I was advised not to drive and ultimately had to extend my stay by an extra night. A little empathy or a simple check that I was okay would of beennice, thats all.
The location is perfect, the food is delicious. The bed is very comfortable. What more could you ask for

Room was rather dark with window facing a wall . Couldn’t open the window easily.
Shower rather old and in need of a renovation.. shower rather past its sell by date .

Unser Zimmer mit Harbour View war sehr hochpreisig. Continental Frühstück minimalistisch.

I took my girlfriend here to celebrate her new job and we both really enjoyed it!
The location was wonderful, and the team were very friendly. (The free gin was great too!)

The hotel is located on Christchurch harbour inland pool with the perfect view of Mudeford Sandbank
Sadly the spa improvements are running behind schedule but open SOON!
