Would definitely come again skiing and mountains are fantastic
Pros:

Food was exceptional wouldn't have chosen anywhere else very unexpected. Breakfast had everything. Staff were very friendly we arrived late 11pm and the manage made use ham and cheese rolls to eat we were very hungry. Travelled by train which was unusually delayed an hour due to an emergency with a passenger,

Buon hotel, accogliente. Perfetto per chi non ha particolari pretese e vuole concentrarsi sullo sci.
Pros:

L'accoglienza, la discrezione e la competenza del personale. La pulizia delle stanze, la posizione strategica (se con autovettura). L'ampio parcheggio, La luminosità della struttura. la dimensione (raccolta e accogliente). Ottimi i massaggi.

Cons:

La colazione è nettamente da migliorare specialmente la parte salata. Poca offerta di pietanze da colazione continentale. Pessime le uva strapazzate e scarso il servizio bevande calde e fredde.
La cena nel complesso è positiva ma anche in questo caso è scarsa l'offerta del buffet. Niente verdure grigliate e/o gratinate. Mancano del tutto i formaggi. La SPA è molto essenziale. Si potrebbe fare di meglio.

Very satisfied
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner were excellent, far beyond my expectation. Hotel staffs are so friendly and welcoming - one of the best experience ever. I would definitely stay here again if I come back and visit the area in the future.

The most amazing hotel
Pros:

We had the most amazing short stay at this gem of a hotel. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, the rooms are beautiful, super clean and our balcony had stunning views over the surrounding mountains. The spa area is excellent, particularly the glass front sauna cabin in the garden, and there is a swimming pool too. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional food, both at breakfast and dinner (which is a 4 course menu each evening), the chef is very talented and the front of house team keep all guests well looked after! We are already planning a return visit. We travelled as a couple, but the hotel is also very welcoming to families, has a large car park outside, and is in a fantastic location for accessing the mountains.

Halbpension war hervorragend - der Junior Chef sehr freundlich. Ich war mit dem Motorrad auf der Durchreise und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
