Position neR the theatre and the shops was great
Great location, lovely place, good for high street shopping and going out but still quiet when back in the hotel, nice ambience and nice spa
My room was a bit on the warm side and the room was quite snug, but it was fine for just one person and nice modern bathroom as well as older features of the hotel
Room, location, quality, all excellent
Having paid for room in advance and not planning to eat in hotel I was forced to pay a further £50 deposit....immediately.
I am still waiting for the refund.
Dont they trust their guests ,??
Lovely big room with huge bed and nice bathroom
Restaurant food and stuff were not good
Good choice of food for breakfast . Room comfortable location good
The room was large and clean, bed very comfortable, nice bar for pre dinner drinks
Great location and comfortable room
situated in central Chichester you do get a bit of street noise but that comes with the location
Lovely building. Nice friendly staff. Comfy bed.
4 minutes walk to main shopping area and cathedral.
The spa is not working so closed. Paid more for spa facility so disappointed it was not open. Some paint cracks in room, should be address at this price point.
.
Good location
Car park is tiny, made worse when people can’t park properly and then they charge £10 a night … didn’t see that on the booking site and it wasn’t explained when i checked in either
The floor creaked a huge amount and I felt sorry for the room below …
The hotel itself is beautiful.
The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable, the blinds don’t fit the windows so have light coming through the whole . the men’s toilets were overflowing with urine, the food is overpriced for what you get.
Lovely decor, clean and presentable. Great central location. Nice little touches, complimentary gin!
Car park is very small for the amount of guests
Size of the rooms and staff were incredibly helpful
