Comfy bed, nice architecture, good location
Too expensive, small room, indifferent staff and parking charges
The location was brilliant and the staff were friendly. The cocktails in the bar were amazing and bar staff were also lovely.
We didn’t know the spa would be closed which was disappointing. The room was a little tired and a few long hairs in the bath.
Great location, lovely building, comfortable bed
Bathrooms were a bit out of date
Single bed comfortable, nice shower, fairly spacious.
Limited parking fist come first served. Wanted credit card £50 for incedentals. Small noisy room could hear people talking, utility room next door noisy electrical (dishwashers?) Workers moving cutlery or dishes early morning. £18:00 for breakfast is very expensive (I declined)
Well located near city centre and Chichester Festival Theatre. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. Clean. Very comfortable bed.
Room very warm even with windows open. Fan provided which helped but ought not to be necessary in May and low temperatures
Location and public areas
Not enough parking. Too many stairs.
Nice room, lovely hotel
Steam room was unavailable. Walls were extremely thin so could hear almost everything in the room
Next to me. Room was insanely warm with little ventilation
Great location
Great staff
Lovely decor
We got charged another £6 per person for breakfast even I had breakfast included . When pointing this out I was told hot breakfast is extra.
It’s not the money but the principle. Bit stingy I thought.
Also the car park should be included .
Beautiful old building with a lovely spacious and luxurious room. Very well located
You have to pay for parking and it’s a small tight carpark
Fantastic location for exploring Chichester or for the theatre.
Arrive early for the hotel car park although there is plenty of parking nearby..
