Estancia perfecta!!
Pros:

Nos gustó todo. Creo que muy poco se podría mejorar… por no decir que ya es inmejorable.

Cons:

Nada, la verdad que no tengo ni un solo pero. Hemos disfrutado de sus instalaciones, de su buen desayuno, y de todo lo que rodea a este hotel.

Excelente sitio para las rutas de Picos de Europa y muy buena ubicación en el parque.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación en la carretera hacia Cangas de Onís, junto a Arenas de Cabrales para acudir a los Picos de Europa. Comodidad de la habitación y bien equipada, con sillones, silla, cafetera, etc. Buena luz, limpieza, ventilación, baño... camas cómodas. Desayuno satisfactorio, con diversas opciones de fruta. Detalles de la propietaria. Merece mucho la pena.

Cons:

No pudimos reservar cena la noche que más nos interesaba, pero fue un día de gran afluencia en el restaurante (es hotel/restaurante y las reservas también vienen "de fuera"), se vieron desbordados, entendemos que sólo fue mala suerte. Parking ajustado en cuanto a capacidad, pero digo lo mismo, en temporada alta...no obstante casi siempre hay sitio y de lo contrario los trabajadores de hotel se prestan a quitar el suyo y dejarlo en una instalación aledaña donde no les ponen impedimentos.

Volveremos!!
Pros:

La verdad que puede que esté alejado del centro, cosa que no importa ya que para aparcar está bien, lo hace diferente las comodidades que han optado por tener para que sea especial tu estancia. La cama era una nube, el desayuno genial, pocos hay así.

Cons:

Le falta aire acondicionado pero entiendo que no lo tengan instalado porque esto es todo debido al cambio climático, en cabrales jamás hubiéramos pensado tener que necesitar aire acondicionado.

The breakfast and dinner were very good.

Cons:

Some of the people working there don't make you feel like a guest. That started right from the check-in and also at dinner. My Spanish is at a basic level, so you hope for patience and that people make a little more of an effort to understand you. Unfortunately, I regularly felt like I was being a nuisance when I asked something. That guest feeling was definitely present at breakfast. We had booked for five days and were given room 22. This room is situated around the elevator and above the spot where everyone stands to smoke. Because we were staying for five days, we immediately asked for a different room. That wasn't possible. Then five days is a long time to experience smelling the smoke inside when your window is open. The road traffic is also clearly audible in the room. We were specifically looking for a place of peace and quiet.

De service en faciliteiten van dit 2-sterrenhotel overtrof al onze verwachtingen. Ruime en zeer propere kamer en badkamer. Geen airco. Tijdens ons verblijf was het extreem warm weer, maar we hebben toch van een goede nachtrust kunnen genieten. Alles smaakvol ingericht met oog voor detail. Ruim buitenterras. Voldoende gratis parking. Uitstekende ligging t.o.v. het startpunt van de wandeling Ruta del Cares. Ontbijt viel een beetje tegen. Het diner daarentegen was zeer lekker. Dit is eerder een hotel dat 3 sterren waard is.

Cons:

Ontbijt kan pas vanaf 8 uur.

Perfecto para rutas y descansar
Pros:

Dormir escuchando la cascada, sitio muy cerca de arenas pero a la vez lo suficientemente lejos para quien busca la tranquilidad!
