Pros:

Lovely staff, very friendly and professional. Place felt very 'new' and modern/clean. Felt more luxurious than what I'm used to, which you feel immediately on arrival. Great breakfast. Fantastic city view. Great room size. Perfect location for me for conference on Oxford Road but maybe not ideal for everyone.

Good stay not too far from centre

Great stay great location
Pros:

Really great aparthotel! The facilities in the kitchen area were great had everything you could possibly need!

Had breakfast included which had so many quality items and hot food cooked perfectly

Cons:

Only critique is a couple of the face towels and normal towers had some small stains on

Everything just worked thank you.
Pros:

We've stayed a few times at this location. It works well for us as a family and meets all our needs for a short stay. The hotel staff, bar, food, breakfast and rooms are all excellent.

Lovely room, super spacious, great water pressure for the shower.

Cons:

Check in took way too long, then I was assigned to a room that wasn’t cleaned yet. I had to return to reception to move to another room, which took even more time. 25+ minutes isn’t standard these days.

Breakfast hosts are extremely off-putting with their attitude. After the cold welcome and the verging on patronizing looks I received from staff, at some point, I got up to refill my coffee cup and returned to my table not even 30 seconds later to find that it had been cleared and another party seated there. Mind you, this was at 7:00am with plenty of empty tables.

It’s these little things that take it down to a 9 instead of a 10. Otherwise, I loved the space.
