will be my preferred stay when i am at Manchester in July
Pros:

staff were excellent - room service was good too. the lift seems to be not serviced well - was making noise while going up and down. I checked out early and my son checked out later. the way your staff took care of my boy was exceptional

Spacious, quiet, comfortable room
Pros:

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. My favorite part about this hotel was the fact that they had (free!) laundry! My trip was unexpectedly saved from smelly clothes.

Pros:

Great location and staff, breakfast was good, and bar comfortable

Cons:

Unfortunately the air conditioning is useless, even set at 20 degrees and full fan, it barely blew and definitely didn't cool the room

Lovely hotel, can't wait to stay again.
Pros:

Great room with everything that you could possibly need. High quality toiletries, very comfortable bed, tea, coffee and water etc...
Staff are very friendly and helpful - possibly the best service we have had in a long time.
Breakfast was great, lots of choice, freshly prepared and the restaurant is attractively designed.
All in all, we loved this hotel, we will go to this brand in the future and hope to stay again soon.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Great views from our room, with large windows letting in plenty of natural light. It was in a good central location for what we needed. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was very good, really enjoyed the breakfast.
We both slept well and woke up feeling refreshed the next morning. I would recommend others to stay here!
