Excellent experience.
Pros:

Excellent accommodations, lovely spacious room with well equipped kitchen area. Large windows let in natural light but the blackout curtains kept the room dark. The AC kept the room cool, despite the extraordinary heat wave. Having access to laundry facilities was a bonus. Breakfast was vast and delicious. The bar and food also delicious.

A little gem!
Pros:

My partner and I stayed at the Hyatt House for one night after going to a gig at the Academy. This hotel sits in the perfect location for that, and has ample parking just across the road.

Whilst it's a bit pricier than many other hotels in the area, it is well worth the extra.

This hotel was spotless and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful.

We arrived slightly before standard check-in time and were given an upgrade free of charge from a king studio to a 1 bedroom king suite. We were on the 15th floor and had fantastic views over the city.

We didn't hear a peep from any of the other guests or the general traffic outside during the night which is something I'm always wary of when booking any hotel.

The breakfast was lovely. We went down just after 8am and were seated pretty much straight away. Again, no problems here. The food was fresh and hot, with plenty of variety to suit an array of tastes and diets.

We will definitely return to the Hyatt on our next visit to Manchester!
