I loved Lu, the front desk representative. She was amazing!
Nothing
The location was nice
The property manager kept asking too many personal questions. The facility was so dirty, including the restrooms and shower that I didn’t even end up staying the night there. I stayed somewhere else and I checked out a day early. Nothing was touched other than the sink in the restroom, and yet they took the security deposit and never gave it back.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The penthouse bar and restaurant was nice.
The breakfast could have been better staffed. The assigned staff was scrambling, but could not keep up with number of guests. Food items, utensils, napkins and drinking cups were depleted when I arrived. After some waiting, the items were being replenished.
Breakfast was adequate. Needed a meat with the eggs. Otherwise, it was appropriate. A good starter for the day.
The room was clean. The towels were clean and smelled fresh. Overall, an excellent stay !
Signage for the hotel and the entry point. Where we were coming from. We only saw the hotel sign on the side of the building. Once we were on north Wolfe st. We did not know where the entrance was located.

Valet parking was expensive.
The technician tried to fix the air. When it didn’t work we should’ve been placed in an alternate room. No, we just had to tough it out miles from home.
We are from New Jersey and had to bring my daughter to school. In the dead of the summer, they put us in a room on the 15th floor with NO AIR!!!!
The air worked on Saturday during the day. Other than that, 2 uncomfortable nights of sweating and uncomfortable sleep. $860 for three nights, and don’t forget to add $40 a day for parking!!!!

Front desk, not that friendly. In the AM, I ask about the parking in the street, and she told me to go read the signs. At check in, just blah, no personality, but OK.
Elevator key card stops people from entering the premises. Breakfast staff is great! Next to John Hopkins hospital.
No parking! Parking is $42 a night! Unless you park on the street with paid meter. Area is dangerous! There’s nothing really to do in this hotel for kids. No pool!
