A good option in Gatlinburg
Pros:

Comfortable; good value for money

Cons:

The location is out of the center of town; quieter but requires taking the car and expensive parking to go downtown.
Also, one of the elevators did not work

over great , just a few hiccups
Pros:

the room was clean , and the staff was friendly

Cons:

one of my pillows had dried up blood stains on in, and the weather wasn't good they had a pool and hot tub , i just wish the hot tub was in doors , since it was snowing and the sofa sleeper/couch was not comfortable at all , my son back hurts now
but if they where to make those changes then this would be where i would always select when going into town

The hot breakfast was DELICIOUS!!!

Cons:

We had a late check in due to having to come help our daughter whose car broke down. The man working the front desk had an attitude with us while trying to book over the phone. The woman who helped check us in was good, though.

Clean, well maintained hotel with a friendly staff in a good location.

Clean, well maintained hotel. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The hotel plays music by the pool until 10:45 pm nightly. Unfortunately, it drifts up into our room too. I thought someone was having a party until I called the front desk to ask about it. They turned it off at 10:30 pm. I am sure it is fun by the pool but not so fun in your room as night gets later.

Also, do you really need to charge for parking?

The Staff was So Nice and Professional!
Very knowledgeable about The Area, Gave Recommendations. The Bed was Comfortable! Stay was Lovely 😍

Cons:

The fact that we had to Finally Depart! Stay was great!
Parking wasn't too bad, but it does get crowded. Although we didn't eat breakfast there, it was provided on site!
