Room 211- There was nothing wrong with the breakfast. I preferred to eat at local restaurants.

The bears came to us in the parking lot! Also across the street in a neighbor’s yard. Even watched the 5 bears run up the trees. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

Elevator malfunction and one had to be closed which made the wait pretty long. Not their fault though.

Everything was fine except charging me for parking and not mentioning it to me as I checked in. Big surprise.

Cons:

Didn't like being charged for parking when on booking it say parking available. They could at least have the courtesy of explaining your going to get billed extra for parking so your expecting another charge and calling to find out then get someone rude on the phone. Never will I stay here again

Staff shouldn’t judge the customer and always tell them of all charges upfront.
Pros:

The property itself was clean and a nice hotel. Most of the staff was pleasant. The breakfast in the mornings was good.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that the staff member we checked in with seemed offended I had paid with affirm and then said they hadn’t received payment after I had already called to confirm payment. After that we didn’t get a welcome packet and certainly wasn’t told you also get charged for parking and etc. It shouldn’t matter how a customer pays for a room just do your job and be professional. The only other complaint was the bed/pillows were uncomfortable.
