It was nice and the people were kind and very helpful!
We unfortunately stayed after a storm had hit and had no elevators, no ice, and no WiFi. We weren’t informed of that, but we booked through booking.com so maybe that was why.
Mw and my family had a horrible experience at this hotel. I won't go into any details while I am still very upset. The manager told us to contact you guys for a full refund.

Location & Clean Room. Staff person helped me with getting a requested lower floor room
Some clicking noise coming from ceiling not sure if it was smoke alarm. Didn’t happen all the time
It was very clean.
The water in the shower wasn't hot enough.
Clean nice size room. Check in and out excellent staff personnel. Complimentary breakfast available but did not meet my travel schedule to participate. I had to get on road before it was opened.
Smelly water in room. Used bottle water instead. Body wash container needed to be refilled. Little to pricey for me. Only in room for short stay. I'm Marriott Bonvoy member but could not find my member # in system during check in.
Easy access to interstate
The staff was amazing and sweet. We usually chose comfort inn for our small get away within our own city but our next stays will be with y’all
