The staff was so accommodating and friendly. Teared us so well and like family. Felt taken care of.
Elevators were down had to use the stairs. Beds were uncomfortable and hard. Gave some back pain.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The elevator was broken the entire stay and my room was on the 3rd floor. I was by myself with my 4 and 6 year old grandsons and all our gear. We had to haul it all up in 3 trips. The room key didn't work when we came back late one night and I had to take the 2 very tired little ones up and down the 3rd story twice for that.
The TV selections were terrible with nothing to keep little ones entertained.
Breakfast was also terrible with almost nothing to choose from. It was such a disappointing stay. I would definitely avoid it next time I'm there to visit family.
The staff was the most friendly hotel staff we've ever had. The hotel was very clean.

It was nice and the people were kind and very helpful!
We unfortunately stayed after a storm had hit and had no elevators, no ice, and no WiFi. We weren’t informed of that, but we booked through booking.com so maybe that was why.
Mw and my family had a horrible experience at this hotel. I won't go into any details while I am still very upset. The manager told us to contact you guys for a full refund.

Location & Clean Room. Staff person helped me with getting a requested lower floor room
Some clicking noise coming from ceiling not sure if it was smoke alarm. Didn’t happen all the time
It was very clean.
The water in the shower wasn't hot enough.
Clean nice size room. Check in and out excellent staff personnel. Complimentary breakfast available but did not meet my travel schedule to participate. I had to get on road before it was opened.
Smelly water in room. Used bottle water instead. Body wash container needed to be refilled. Little to pricey for me. Only in room for short stay. I'm Marriott Bonvoy member but could not find my member # in system during check in.
