Cons:

Im ersten Zimmer hat es stark nach Abfluss gerochen, im 2. Zimmer fiel der Fernseher immer wieder aus. Betten waren sehr hart und auf Nachfrage gab es keinen Matratzen topper.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Die Betten ausserordentlich bequem. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück gut.

Pros:

Albergo con stanze molto confortevoli e ben equipaggiate. Ottima la possibilità di regolazione della temperatura e comodissimo il letto. Colazione eccellente. Ho molto apprezzato la presenza del ristorante interno (di buona qualità) che mi ha evitato di uscire alla sera in una zona piuttosto periferica. Bene il parcheggio, anche se a pagamento.

Cons:

La posizione va bene se si viaggia in auto, però è piuttosto scomoda al centro città (che peraltro vale la visita). Pavimento con moquette.

Bien para lo que se requería.
Cons:

La zona de aparcamiento está mal señalizada, es al aire libre y demasiado cara en mi opinión. Para llegar a la habitación había que recorrer un pasillo largo y para activar el ascensor tuvo que venir el recepcionista a activarlo con su llave porque la de la habitación no funcionaba.

Pros:

Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Kissen sind echt viiiiel zu klein... nach Bedarf kann man aber noch ein extra Kissen bekommen. Das Barpersonal könnte etwas mehr "auf Zack" sein.
War aber "stets bemüht" und freundlich.

Wir hoffen, dass die genannten Punkte verbessert werden.
Pros:

Die Lange des Hotels war sehr gut und auch das Interieur hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war es leider sehr laut und unruhig.
Auf dem Boden lagen teilweise Servietten und Essen, während die Kinder im Frühstücksbereich Fangen gespielt haben. Das hat die Atmosphäre leider deutlich beeinträchtigt.
Hier hätten wir uns mehr Ruhe, Ordnung und eine bessere Betreuung im Frühstücksraum gewünscht.
