Kaputte Bettbezüge und leere Seifenspender. Für eine Nacht okay aber ich komme nicht noch einmal
Pros:

Das Hotel ist abgelegen, daher ruhig. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Fernsehzimmer ist sehr einladend. Freundliches Personal (Marina) an der Bar und am Frühstücksbuffet. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker sowie das Frühstück, sehr ausgiebig!

Cons:

Abends kamen einige Busse, und das ganze Restaurant war komplett voll, so dass man warten musste, bis ein Tisch frei geworden war, um das Abendessen zu bestellen. Auf meine Anfrage an der Rezeption, dass der Seifenspender leer ist, wurde gesagt, dass es erst am nächsten Tag aufgefüllt sein kann. Es wird im Zimmer auf Sauberkeit fokussiert, obwohl diese nicht vorhanden war. Hatten leider auch ein Bettbezug mit Loch.

The kitchen was closed for dinner due to some public holiday. The whole point of booking this hotel was to eat, drink and chill.

Modern, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet.

Cons:

Katastrophale Matratze, die nicht nur viel zu schmal, sondern auch abschüssig war. Das Bett stand zudem viel zu eng an der Wand.
Die Situation beim Abendessen und Frühstück ist nicht zufriedenstellend.

Ein tadelloses Hotel
Pros:

Ein freundlicher und kompetenter Empfang an der Rezeption. Die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet, sauber und geräumig. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, nebenan gleich ein großflächiger Parkplatz. Auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Excelente opción para visitar la selva negra
Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel son fantásticas. Muy bien decorado, temperatura ok. Muy limpio y el personal muy amable.
La habitación muy cómoda y grande con aire acondicionado.

Cons:

Coincidimos en el desayuno con tres grupos grandes de excursiones al mismo tiempo y la verdad era caótico porque les era imposible reponer todo en tan poco tiempo, quizás deberían gestionar eso de algún modo poniendo diferentes horas o algo así.

Niet 4 sterren waardig door de slechte bedden en klantvriendelijkheid in het restaurant.
Pros:

Schoon modern hotel met ruime kamers. Parkeren naast het hotel (wel betaald) en zowel het ontbijt als diner was goed.

Cons:

We hebben al in veel hotels geslapen maar nog nooit in zo'n slecht bed. Niet 4-sterren waardig. Je voelde overal de spiralen en iedere beweging zorgde voor veel herrie. Het leek alsof we op een waterbed lagen.
De wifi is matig en de airco koelt goed maar maakt veel herrie.
We wilden dineren maar het personeel gaf aan dat dit niet kon doordat een grote groep het restaurant had afgehuurd. Gelukkig wilde de kok voor ons (en veel andere gasten) toch nog iets maken wat we aan de bar konden opeten. Dit is niet klantvriendelijk voor de gasten die niet tot de grote groep behoorden. Ook tijdens het ontbijt geen plaats om te zitten omdat alle stoelen bezet werden door de grote groep. Tip: plaats een grote groep in een aparte ruimte zodat de vele andere gasten hiervan geen hinder ondervindt.

Хочется отметить чистоту в номере, супер!
Номер просторный.
Расположение удобное, если путешествуешь на машине.
В целом хороший вариант.

Cons:

С парковкой не понятно ничего. Есть пару мест принадлежащих отелю, но они ohne Schild. Надо отелю отметить места и тогда проблем не будет.
Также окно не открывается полностью, только на форточку.
