Very quirky and fab decor. Location is great for everything
Room very warm even with heating off and windows open slightly
Quirky, great location, comfortable and lovely staff
Tudo!
This is such a convenient location, right between Bath Spa train station and Bath Abbey The property is clean quiet and beautifully decorated
Nothing not to like
Perfect location for visiting the city.

Outstanding Hotel and Service
Simply A Beautiful Hotel
My boyfriend and I adore Bath, so that's where he picked to celebrate his birthday.
I'm so glad we picked this hotel to stay in, as the staff were nothing but attentive, our garden room was stunning and the facilities were fab!
Staff were always friendly and there to help. I had messaged the hotel prior to the trip, asking if there was anything they could do to celebrate his birthday. In which, they offered balloons to be scattered on the bed. I was so grateful for this.
The room was lovely, nicely decorated, so clean as well. We particularly liked that you could cast streaming services on the telly from your phones and the complimentary snacks and drinks. The train station was only a five minute walk away, which was handy. We also appreciated the luggage storage, whilst we explored bath further after checking out!
Thank you to the hardworking staff for providing this special weekend away for us.
Can't think of anything!
Lovely hotel in centre of Bath … fabulous location, very comfortable and well equipped rooms. Highly recommend.
We actually don’t live very far from Bath but once a year we always book this amazing hotel and stay overnight.
This year wasn’t any different I’m pleased to say, we arrived early just expecting to drop off our luggage and go for our wonder around Bath.
Our receptionist was Emily who was a delight from start to finish and explained that our room was indeed ready and we’d been given an upgrade which was lovely especially as the room had a view to the church, although the weather could have been a little better, but that’s what you expect in January 🤣.
When we returned from our look around Bath we had a drink in the bar, the waiter was very pleasant and friendly and brought a wine cooler with our bottle of wine we’d ordered.
The room as I’ve said before was very nice and quiet, my only complaint would be the room was very hot although we’d turned off the radiator, we actually ended up taking out the duvet and discovered that it was a 10.5tog 🥵 at home we only use a 4.5 in the winder and that’s with the windows open.
Breakfast the next morning was fantastic lots of choices and our poached eggs were cooked to perfection 😋 also the bacon.
I also had reason to speak to another receptionist ( blonde haired lady) about not being able to give a review on the IHG site for other properties that I visit each year, as when I’ve tried to contact IHG I keep getting cutoff!!
But sadly even she couldn’t help me 😢.
See you again in 2027 ☺️
I like the Indigo brand, stayed in a few. Staff were great, location was good.
Unfortunately, the bed was way too soft for me and I’m not convinced it was a king size? Due to a large booking, we were unable to have breakfast at the time we needed. No one’s fault really….just one of those things.
Lovely and gorgeous all the way through
Everything was spot on
