The location was really fantastic
The bedroom was not very clean but the bathroom was really terrible . The drainage of the shower was filled with hair from other customers was really disgusting. Very disappointing!
Beautifully decorated and very spacious adjoining rooms ( in a separate building around the corner from the main hotel building). Extremely convenient location for attending our daughter’s graduation ceremony at the abbey.
No complaints at all.
However the rooms would have been impractical/ unsuitable for anyone elderly/ infirm or with heavy luggage and there is no life on the building and the rooms are across three floors.
A lovely hotel. Our room was spacious and stylish with a large well maintained bathroom.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating..
Not sure if it was just an error but our room still hadn't been cleaned at 3. 30 in the afternoon. When we returned later it appeared to have been done in a rush with not much attention to detail. Wardrobe was big but hanging space was minimal.
Very well located. Car park right beside it. £20 for 24hrs.
A little bit of a up and down walk to our room
Location, location, location! The hotel is in a perfect spot, just a 5-minute walk from Bath’s main attractions. The room was very comfortable, with a cozy bed and wonderfully soft towels. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and offered a decent selection to start the day.
Nothing significant. The breakfast was good, but it could offer a little more variety.
The hotel is a walking distance from the train station and from the center and main attractions.
The room was big and pretty, it had a huge bed (though the bed was a bit too high), slippers and bathrobes.
The staff.
We asked for a diffetent kettle because the one in our room was full of limescale, and they said they will bring it to our room. They didn't and also stopped answering the phone, so we went to the reception and they said they will do it, but never did.
When we checked in they said we can add breakfast for an extra cost, even though our booking already included breakfast. Luckily, we checked our reservation and "saved" around 96£.
There was another timen when we asked something on the phone and they never got back to us with an answer. We called again and there was a different employee at the reception, who said this is a new shift and he doesn't know what we are talking about.
It all didn't feel like a 4 star hotel service.
In addition, we could not open the windows at all to get some air in, and our key cards stopped working after 1 day, so we had to go to the reception to get them reset.
The hotel is great! It is super cute, original, and fun. It is modern-ish but still kept its historic charm. The location is great. The rooms are quiet and somewhat large. We stayed in the top floor, so the ceiling height is shorter. But the rest of the floors had normal head room.
Central, clean, spacious, close to parking, a/c
Very helpful staff. Our a/c broke down, so they moved us quickly to an upgraded room

Its position and the fact it had air conditioning. Alberto was amazing helping us with our luggage and introducing us to the hotel. He was worked off his feet but was unfailing in his courtesy and help.
The room was a bit dark. It looked a little tired with scraped paint.
Main complaint was that housekeeping did not clean the loo daily.
Check in was a bit on the slow side.
