Comfortable, decent room, clean and central
The breakfast area is quite small and difficult to manoeuvre around when it’s busy.
Parking is not in the hotel but at a car park opposite. Convenient but eye wateringly expensive
Its location was excellent for getting to all the important parts of Bath. The staff were exceptional. We had a rouge noise problem in our room and when I reported it and they confirmed they did not know the cause they immediately moved us to another room with no fuss. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to other visitors to Bath

Breakfast was chaotic - staffed by school kids who hadn’t a clue. Wish I had eaten out, particularly given breakfast price and having poor quality hot drinks from a machine at this price point is UNACCEPTABLE.
Beautiful property in the perfect location in Bath city centre. The staff were all friendly and polite and couldn’t do enough to help. Would absolutely recommend.
Great location, friendly staff, nice feel and look to the hotel, welcome air conditioned rooms with temperature at 35 degrees in Bath over past couple of days, good to have our bags locked away till we were ready to collect even though we had checked out.

Excellent location, architecture, interior and rooms and staff. Everything is great about this hotel. Best place to stay in Bath.
Location was great. Perfect as a base to explore Bath.
Room was a bit odd. Loo very close to the bed due to the vault layout). I got a WhatsApp from the hotel asking if all was ok and did I need anything. I asked for some tea for the room but nothing happened. Don’t ask if you’re not going to do it.

Location
Over furnished room with little space and desk was flimsy. Also as we were in a garden room the security lights disturbed our sleep as they stayed on all night and the curtains were inadequate. The windows need shutters. We asked to have the lights switched off but were told it was not possible. We’re offered a change of room but could not be guaranteed the same standard.
No consideration for my difficult situation
