Very well done for an historic restored property.
Nothing
No parking although Trivargo implied there was parking!
I would have chosen a less expensive hotel if it didn’t include parking. Or less central
Location and staff were accommodating.
Nothing
Everything was perfect.

Had to call reception on three occassions for different issues with room. Was promised at check-out that a manager would investigate and respond. Despite follow up email I have yet to receive any response.
Very nice design. Interestingly set up with all the corridors.
The brasserie next door was great. Had lovely seating outside for a morning coffee/lunch or dinner.
Well… the rooms are pretty small but I am guessing that is normal considering the building and all.
Polite staff and well decorated reception and bar. Aircon worked well in the room.
We stayed at Hotel Indigo Bath for our first anniversary and, unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing.
Rather than staying in the beautiful historic building that attracted us to the hotel in the first place, we were allocated a garden room which felt more like an overflow accommodation and was basically a shipping container rather than a premium room.
The shower flooded the entire bathroom every time it was used, there was only one teabag provided for two guests, and the lighting controls were confusing and difficult to work out. The light above the bed flickered too.
And to top off the stay at 5:30am the fire alarm went off! As parents of a toddler, this was one of the rare occasions we had the chance to enjoy a lie-in without being woken up early, so it was particularly frustrating.
While the staff were polite, the overall experience fell well below our expectations for a special anniversary stay.
Wonderful central location, in a historic building. The rooms and lobby were creatively quirky. We had requested a tub, and it was wonderful to have a bath in Bath after a long day touring. The plush robes and slippers were also a treat, as were the complimentary beverages and cookies. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. We will highly recommend this hotel to our friends who plan to visit Bath.
L'hôtel est vraiment génial, très confortable et le personnel accueillant.
Tout était excellent
We like the attitude of the staff, they were very helpful and meets our expectance. Location of the hotel is very good. It is easy to commute to outer sides of Bath with bus and it is easy to walk whole city from there. Decoration and appliances of the room was great.
Only problem is cleanness of the room was not very good. There were no obvious dirt in the ground, bathroom or bed but there were dust in corners or beside some of the furniture. We did not create any request for that so, I think that staff will solve it immediately. Also, air conditioner was not working and at night it was cold. When I asked staff to solve heating problem they bring us a portative heater which was very helpful. But, of course working air conditioner will be a better option.
The air con in the room was a life saver .. our stay coincided with the fantastically hot weather last week . The whole hotel was lovely and the location was perfect, everywhere we needed to go was within a 10 minute walk.
Thought breakfast was a bit pricey but it was very good food.
Friendly and exceptionally helpful staff on hand at all times to assist and answer any questions. Lovely furnishings very clean with the beautiful aroma of a diffuser scent especially designed for the hotel - called Indigo ! Very central making visiting Bath so easy . Useful to be just a short walk from everything allowing you to return to the hotel whenever necessary.
