الفندق للوهلة الاولى يخرع كله سواد بسواد وبالويكند زحمة وازعاج الاغاني كل شي حلو بالفندق بس مو مريح كلش اخذو مني تأمين 150 باوند مع اني كنت حاجز ليلة وحدة بالفندق 150 دينار وبوقت الطلعه قالو في رسوم خدمة 35 باوند واهم ما خدموني بشي اساساً حتى جناطي انا مصعدهم وقالو 4 ايام ونرد لك التأمين وللحين ماردوه

The Mandrake is an incredibly unique property - it’s like an oasis hidden away behind its generic London street front facade. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly professional, welcoming and helpful. I loved my stay there!

The downfall of the Mandrake
Pros:

I genuinely enjoy visiting The Mandrake for drinks, which makes today's experience even more disappointing.
I spent almost £30 on a single glass of champagne, only to be met with staff behind the bar who showed little to no interest in serving me. Instead, I had to stand there listening to members of the bar team carry out a stock take while completely ignoring my presence.
When I arrived, I was the only person in the bar, so there really is no excuse for the level of service I received. To then be charged a service charge on top of an already premium price, without delivering a premium experience, is frankly unacceptable.
Sadly, this isn't an isolated incident my last three visits have all been similarly quiet, yet the service has consistently fallen short. It's disappointing because there are plenty of venues in Mayfair where you receive a far better welcome, attentive service and genuine hospitality for the same, if not better, value.
What a disappointing way to start my birthday celebrations. I won't be rushing back.

Beautiful hotel, very unique in all of the best ways. If you want luxury and different, this is it.
Pros:

Location is hard to beat. Whether you're a seasoned Londoner or visiting for a weekend, you're right in the middle of the action at the Mandrake, walkable to just about everywhere - but also in the quiet and calm when you need to be.
