Gutes Hotel mit kleinen Zimmern. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Nettes Personal. Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe (Fussdistanz).

A localização é excelente, funcionários prestativos e educados, check-in e check-out rápidos, limpeza nota 10, chuveiro perfeito e climatização do quarto também eficiente. O café da manhã tem frutas variadas, sucos, bolo, pães, ovos, então atende bem a necessidade. Já me hospedei outras 3x, sem queixas em nenhuma delas.

Muy buen hotel, la ubicación es perfecta cerca de la Avenida Paulista, Rua Augusta y Shopping Frei Caneca. La gente de recepción fue buena onda casi siempre. Las habitaciones están bien. El desayuno es bueno. Tuvimos una estadía muy buena.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó y por lo que no volveré es que cobren 120 reales si quiere ingresar un amigo/a, incluso si sólo va a quedarse unos minutos. Deberían reveer esta política ya que es un poco caro.

Muito boa por estar localizado no centro de São Paulo com um bom custo-benefício.
Pros:

A localização do Hotel é muito boa, perto da Rua Augustas e da Estação de Metrô da Consolação que atende duas Linhas. O Café da manhã muito bom e com variedades. O Atendimento também foi muito bom.

Cons:

O problema está no quartos... são bem pequenos e o Standard de Casal tem um pequena escada de 5 degraus para acessar. Para quem gosta de sair e voltar só para dormir... não vai ter problema.

Pros:

Localização privilegiada, perto de tudo. Cama e colchão extremamente confortáveis. Chuveiros muito bons, com água forte. Café da manhã com boas opções.

Cons:

O hotel é totalmente deficitário para PCDs e pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção, pois para entrar em muitos quartos você precisa subir e descer escadas que ficam em níveis distintos dos do andar. É um prédio muito antigo, que precisa de revitalização nas instalações. Os quartos são minúsculos.
