Hubo un niño como de 10 añitos que ayudó con la bañera y estuvo súper atento a cualquier necesidad, quedamos encantados 😁
El hotel es muy costoso para lo que es. Las toallas estaban rotas y manchadas. Las cobijas viejas.
La limpieza de las habitaciones no es buena; hay habitaciones q no tienen ventana ni siquiera hacia el corredor. Las toallas están “rotas” con agujeros q es lo que más nos impresionó. Las habitaciones del 3er piso son las que valen la pena. Estuvimos en el tercer piso y en el primero y el timbre de aviso de llegada de huéspedes acabó con nuestro descanso. Alquilamos 4 habitaciones así que tenemos una buena idea de lo que el lugar ofrece. No vale lo que te cobran. Lo rescatable es el excelente servicio y el afán de servir de la persona en recepción y de su hijo, quienes son extraordinarios en todo sentido, unas joyas de personas.
The lady who works there is nice but apparently the owner has her doing multiple things such as cleaning rooms, answering phones, welcoming guests, etc. it was almost $200 no toilet paper and the smell of the bathroom was nasty. I think it had to do with the pipes that need to be replaced or cleaned.
Great location near Centro. Hotel could stand some refreshing. The ceiling fan and other items in the room were dusty and there wasn’t any way to turn the lights out with the fan running. Overall okay if you only need a place to lay your head.

We found SEVERAL roaches. The location of the hotel is very good, the only person taking care of the hotel is kind and helpful, but it is impossible to do everything on her own. Regarding the price, it is expensive. WI-Fi was either so slow or unavailable.

Walking distance to San Miguel cathedral and jardin were close to the hotel. A lot of restaurants of your choosing were also near by.

Lo que me gusto es que tiene buena ubicación, muy centrico
It was good. A nice comfortable room. The water pressure was weak and sometimes cold in the shower. So the price was a little expensive considerign that and minimal service options. The service was adequate but very simple. Good for a weekend stay if you eat out and don’t mind a weaker shower.
The bathroom ceiling was very duty and very small and the blankets duty
