El personal nos atendió muy bien. Muy correctos y nos informaron de todo lo necesario. Ariel y las chicas.
Desayuno muy deficiente, tanto el funcionamiento organizativo, el salon con sillas y mesas incomodisimo. De buena mañana meterte en un cuarto oscuro no apetece.La comida, escasa, monotona, aburrida y tienes que avisar constantemente que repongan la no variedad de comida.
La recepcion, ves que el personal está incomodo trabajando. Siempre estan de lado.
Para estancia de mas de 3 dias no es aconsejable. Yo estuve 15.

Travesseiros muito muito altos! Me causou dores no pescoço… dormi sem ele (isso é horrivel). Pedi um mais baixo no front desk e nao fui atendida. Sequer verificaram a possibilidade. Cafe da manha muito pobre pra ser um hotel 4 estrelas

There was nothing to like about this day. I literally walked out of the hotel and found a different hotel to stay. I didn't stay because of the way I was treated.
After check-in, I went into my room and discovered that this room is some sort of afterthought room. It's a vertical room with some weird configuration. It's a very tiny vertical room that made me feel very claustrophobic. I came downstairs to report that the place was just not making me feel right and I needed them to give me a more traditional standard room because that configuration didn't work.
It's a tiny vertical room. The bed is literally in your face when you lie on it, to the roof. Your face is literally a few inches away from the roof. That's the configuration of the room that they gave me. I came downstairs to report that this was not good for me personally because I am claustrophobic and the design of the room is just too claustrophobic. It's literally a vertical, tiny space. Everything is put together, but it's vertical. You go up the stairs, and up the stairs there's some weird sitting area in the middle of the stairs. If nobody told you that was a sitting area, you wouldn't even believe it.
I didn't understand why I was put in that room, and when I came down to kindly request that, "Look, I am claustrophobic, that room is making me feel extremely uncomfortable." The staff were not willing to do anything for me at all, zero. I had to walk away and go find a different hotel. Up until now, I still haven't been contacted about my reimbursement of the booking refund and also the prepayment that I did for the check-in. I also paid for the thing that they do to reserve a certain amount on your card for your stay. I did that as well, and they still haven't refunded that either. It's been a shit show with these guys. I complained and sent the reports to them directly, and they told me to contact booking.com.
Lola was incredibly amazing! She helped us to accommodate us and she was super helpful, kind, professional! I can’t describe how amazing she was if I could rate her service I would give a 100/10!
The hotel made a charge to my credit card after we checked out. I have contacted them to find out what the charge was for but haven't had a reply. Will stay elsewhere next time
Not at all, hotel located at the worst part of town (south San Francisco) first time being in this city, terrible experience!

La recepcionista a la mañana siguiente, me solicito perdón por inconveniente y nos cambio de pieza, me informo de un valor extra pero que los valía a la incomodidad de la primera noche, solo lo recomendaría si te dan pieza sin escalera..
Primero que nada, la persona que nos realizó check in de muy malos modales, nunca nos informó que pieza que habíamos reservado era con escalera interior y muy incómoda para dos personas
Clean comfortable great air conditioning. Streetcar stop straight outside if you didn’t want to walk to fisherman’s wharf. Breakfast basic but enough to set you up for the day. Bed was very comfortable .. and electric so you could change into different positions.
We didn’t go out often til lunch time as was jet lagged and often room service didn’t happen despite requesting. In 8 days we had 3 times.
