Small but mighty!
Pros:

Loved the room and facilities. My airline lost my luggage and the staff were very helpful with checking me in late, providing me with some essential toiletries, and receiving my bag from a courier the next day.

The room is small but very well thought out. I will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Would have loved a small fridge in the room. The location is good in terms of public transit, but it was pretty loud at night. This neighborhood is a little bit rough, so be prepared for that.

Hotel room is great! Smash bed. We got upgraded to Suite but EXTREMELY SMALL ROOM!!
Pros:

Hotel room was grande!
Staff who assisted me did not seem well trained at all.
What annoyed me was hidden fees!
$75 deposit per night! Fees I was never told about.
Stayed there 3 nights,so am extra $225 I my total. Plus, I had to wait for 4 days to get deposit refunded!
Was told online we could check in early. Checkin is normally 3pm. Also, another hidden fee, there was an extra $50 for really Checkin! Which we were Newberg told about!
So they got us for an extra $3 00 on hidden fees!

Cons:

Hotel was wag right across the street from literally 100 or more homeless who loved to party, shoot up and smoke out ALL NIGHT LONG!!!
Sidewalk was there bathroom.
We had a magnificent view of all this from our hotel room.

Honeymoon in San Francisco
Pros:

We stayed here during our honeymoon, and it was an amazing experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

We had a small issue during our visit, but Mark handled it promptly and professionally. His kindness, dedication, and genuine care for his guests really stood out and made us feel well looked after.

A special thank you also to the housekeeping team and to the houseman, John, for their hard work and attention to detail. We would be delighted to stay here again!

Pros:

A nuestra llegada , fuimos atendidos de manera excepcional, en un entorno, limpio, espacioso. Y acogedor. Su ubicación, y accesibilidad,es un plus. Te brindan, desayunos. En un salón único y especial. Su gimnasio 24/7. Bien equipado, todo fue genial.

No nos gusto , que llegará el momento de marcharnos.

Pros:

It was a great location.The staff was amazing, very helpful when checked in and checked out.This is a place that highly recommend to people who want a stay at a really good value on my book through a third party site and was able to get a really , really good deal.

Cons:

I have to say there was nothing I couldn't.I didn't like about the place.Staff was fantastic the ambiance was perfect and my room.Although a little small was amazing , very nicely appointed and more than comfortable and for the value , it was definitely appreciated.
