Great value for a solo traveler
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel previously and the location is great for events at the Bill Graham Civic Center. Perfect hotel for a solo traveler.

Cons:

The surrounding area is definitely questionable because of the Tenderloin. I didn’t dare venture out at night, but there was definitely some interesting smells and human excrement outside the hotel on the sidewalk.

Pros:

Es un hotel que ofrece espacios cómodos de Coworking para quienes van de paso o tendrán reunioens en el lugar

Cons:

El desayuno, y la habitación. Muy pequeña e incómoda para dos personas. Si es un viaje de varios días recomiendo confirmar que sea una habitación cómoda porque de lo contrario te pueden asignar una habitación muy pequeña.

I enjoyed my time in the hotel , it was nice and clean and quiet to relax and everything was accessible .
Pros:

The property was very clean , the room was very clean and adjustable.

Cons:

They didn’t have private parking garage for their hotel . It would have been nice if they did or provided parking for their customers. Overall no there nothing wrong .
