75% good only distance from town difficult
Pros:

Clean, nice people, quiet at night

Cons:

Great place and people but 18 km from Hua Hin, which was not made clear. Cars don't want to pick you up to take you into town. Eventually I paid and made it into town where I rented a motorcycle and from then on the inconvenience was gone and the room price was cheaper than anywhere intown.

Too goof for the price! I would return blind eyes
Pros:

The price: fantastic mattress, aircon, hot shower, table on the terrace. Really low price for the product offered. The surrounding is splendid! Full room for myself!

Cons:

I had to clean my terrace, my toilet, the walls or my bathroom! He reception staff and cleaning staff are absolutaly useless! As a former hotel manager I can tell the property is amazing and the staff ido careless is destroying its full potential!
Reception was not present and the tables were full of dirty dishes and towels and bedsheets piled up as they were rags! The property is like deserted and depressed property where the owner has accepted losing his hope to let it go down the drain.

Clean and quiet
Pros:

The Nawang was in a quiet location away from the busy road.
It was clean comfortable and everything worked.
Just one issue, the was not a single chair in the room 🙄🙄

Pros:

Strong water in the shower. Comfy bed. In the evening manager helped me to get a motorbike for rent. Parking spot for car directly at the room.

Cons:

Check in took very long.
Booked room not available, second day tried to charge me more than double price. Third day try to charge double price, had to move into worse room for same price for best room. Went to pay for room several times but no change. Shower not adjustable, toilet flushes not properly. Not cleaned without asking, no towels no drinking water 2. Day. Near the train track is very loud. Not soundproof at all, hear neighbours noise. Far off city. Room smells bad and has moskitos.
Manager has no manners. Spider net in bathrooms.
