Unforgettable
Pros:

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, and the train station is 5 mins walk from the hotel, and there are eateries, grocery shops, fresh food shops, and a pharmacy on the same street.

Cons:

The apartment had wasn't thoroughly cleaned. There was dust found in the living room and bedrooms, on distant surfaces such as on lower shelves, in the corners, and the wardrobe in one room had mould inside. The apartment had noise pollution from the pub below, and the whole apartment smelt of smoke. One our second night, we had to find alternative accommodation after 11pm because the electricity was out for more than 3 hours, the fire alarm was faulty and resounded for more than an hour. We checked out early than booked the next morning, to find the premises still without electricity. I am yet to be refunded for the last night and I have not received an email response.

Pros:

The hotel is close to center of Guildford with several shops and restaurants.
There is a private free parking.

Cons:

Rooms are above the very loud pub, and the music and people's voices are really disturbing most of the night.
However, we had a confirmed reservation for a deluxe family room; after arrival, the staff tried to convince us that our reservation was for a double room. Finally, they acknowledged that the family room is occupied and proposed two double rooms with a shared bathroom, which was not really convenient for us.
The rooms are quite old and need renovation.

Pros:

I liked the hotel’s parking as there was plenty of parking available.

Cons:

Personally, I didn’t like this place. The shared bathroom was not clean, the toilet was broken, and the shower room was also dirty. The tap was broken as well. Overall, the facilities were poorly maintained, and I was disappointed with my stay.
