Cons:

Many guests using few toilets and showers. Toilet roll holders missing. No towel rails. No soap dishes. No hand drying facilities in bathroom area.

Great old school accommodation
Pros:

Hotel was nice, offered most of the options. Bed was reasonably comfortable and a good size width wise. Mini fridge stored in the cupboard, reduced noise and improved look of the room.
TV was large and had clear local channels.

Cons:

Room was smaller than expected. Not much wriggle room around the bed.
Pillows were very very soft. Chair in the room was dirty. Window's view was large brick wall.
Not noise cancelling, I could hear others conversations and what appeared to be music.

Great location close to public transport out of the city.
Pros:

Perfect location for use of public transport. Train station five minutes walk. Visits to City for Show, Parramatta for shopping and Olympic Park for ED Sherran Concert.
Room clean, shared bathroom, tv, fridge and coffee in room.

Cons:

The bathroom with the toilet needs a hook or shelf to put stuff on to stay dry. Also attention to detail on the cleaning.
Little noisey with people walking up and down hall.

Great customer service wins us over every time.
Pros:

Customer service is always amazing here. Cleanliness and early check in was appreciated.

Cons:

Beds weren't made properly. Could have been cause they were rushing to get the room done for our early check in, but normal bed sheets were used as fitted sheets so kept coming off the bed.

Pros:

交通很方便，有火车可以直达，附近吃饭都很方便。房间很干净。

Cons:

床头在窗户下面，睡觉的时候风会吹到头部，临街很吵，楼下是酒吧。房间没有浴室卫生间，要出去使用共用的，很不方便。

Spacious but very underwhelming

It had no toaster, the jug didn’t work, there were no plates, cups or cutlery and the bin hadn’t been cleaned out so it stunk like rotten chicken

I found the hotel pretty ok for our short stay. It is an historic building & I personally loved the

Historic building. Staff we spoke to were pleasant & helpful. Quite laidback put me at ease easily. Younger family members were initially wary using communal facilities as never had hotel room stay experience before . However more relaxed next day when able to look around & get a better understanding that hotel stay while relaxed, was very secure in the private room areas where we were.

Cons:

I guess not being shown where amenities in the area where our rooms were & dining area were when we checked in. Partly my fault as well though, for not making this concern known to ensure our young family members felt a little less apprehensive when in the room on their own.
