The Waterford Apartments have some projects coming up at our property that could affect guest stays.
2026 - 9th to 11th Feb we have garden bed excavation that will result in some noise during the day and may periodically impact wheel chair ramp access to the building.
2026 - 2nd to 13th March our pool will be resurfaced. This will result in our pool and spa area being closed during this time. There will also be some noise at the start of this period.

The Waterford is in a great location and handy to all retail shops, bars and restaurants.
Pros:

Tim is a fantastic host and was very helpful with good local knowledge for restaurants, bars etc. Nothing was a problem and check-in was a breeze. I highly recommend the Waterford and will definitely be back.

Cons:

The size of the 3-bedroom apartment was great and the Oceanview was stunning. Good size balcony and outdoor furniture.
Pool was also a highlight.

Pleasant stay with room for everyone.
Pros:

Clean, spacious apartments with everything we needed. Handy walking distance to shops and beach. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Street noise from buses and garbage trucks carries right into the apartment. This was only an issue in the early morning.
There were large gaps between the roller blinds which meant lights from the Rumba resort shone into your bedroom and then reflected off the mirrored robes. This was quite annoying.
Lighting was very dim except in the kitchen.
I had chosen these apartments because it stated the pool was heated but I didn’t find it warm enough for a swim in May.

Pros:

Sitting on the balcony was beautiful, breeze came through from the back to the front, we were in 901 perfect 👌 location. Coffee, shops and food near by, within walking distance. No need to take the car out. Double car park is awesome ,no tight squeeze. Manager was excellent, so friendly . Beds were extremely comfy

It's a very typical Qld holiday apartment
Pros:

Location was good and the pool area was great.

Cons:

There wasn't anything really 'prestigious' about the hotel. The room we had was tired and a bit grubby but the room another family member had was really nice. With every room owned by different people it's just luck of the draw.

Amazing Hotel
Pros:

Amazing views 9th floor of 12 levels with huge balcony overlooking Bribie and ocean . Large shower / bathroom with easy walk to beach.

Cons:

No coffee machine , nespresso or even a Mocha pot ...cheap out with instant coffee pouches !!!

Amazing stay! Would recommend.
Pros:

My son and I had a great stay at Waterford Prestige Apartments. Our room was amazing. clean and tidy. The location to the beach and other shops/restaurants was great. The pool and spa were spotless. Tim at reception was friendly and great to chat with.

Cons:

My stay wasn't long enough. Aside from that, we couldn't fault anything. Hopefully we can get back there in the near future and stay a little longer!

Lovely stay. Close to beach and shops.

Lovely apartment. Comfy beds. Nice and clean.

The only thing I'd say is all the vents were very dusty. Aircons and bathroom.
