Bad attitude, nice acommodation though
Cons:

At check-in, we were asked to pay a deposit for an extra room key, even though we clearly explained that the key would remain in the room so the electricity could stay on while we were out. Despite this explanation, the situation was handled in an uncomfortable and unwelcoming way.

According to the Booking listing, luggage storage after check-out is available. On site, we were told we could leave our bags near the reception, but it was repeatedly emphasized that the staff was not responsible for them. When we showed the information from the Booking app, it was not checked, and the response felt dismissive.
When we returned to collect our luggage, the bags were left unattended, and no attention was paid to us, meaning anyone could have taken them.

We were willing to book an additional night due to our late flight, an option initially suggested by the receptionist, but the overall attitude during check-out made us decide to leave.

On the whole pleasant stay because of the staff's helpfulness and clean rooms

I just knew that the room cleaning service only work only when I hanging sign to make the room, I forgot 2 days to hanging the sign hence no room cleaning service, alas.

Pros:

Amazing rooftop hangout area with 360 degree views. A little far from central Bangkok, yet still great value. Whole place seemed brand new, due to refurbishment just a few months ago. Very few guests when we stayed so had the lovely rooftop deck to ourselves. Fantastic native plants, many identified with signs. Would suggest replacing fake flowers in pots along wall with real plants.
