The moment we entered this property we felt welcomed. The staff warmly greeted us (shout out to Nikki), the service we received elevated our stay here. The property is beautifully curated and has all those little extras to make you feel you are somewhere special. We look forward to returning and could not think of anywhere else we would want to spend a stay in Byron Bay.

Check in, pool was excellent, room was great.
Location on main road was a little noisy even though we were a long way from the road. For the $ paid I would have thought an arrival gift and some complimentary mini bar items. The large format down pillows were good but used to having something a little firmer.
Beautiful magnesium pool, complimentary bikes, spacious and stylish rooms, fantastic location, and incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

Our room was connected through the reception which meant it was extremely difficult to liaise with one key after the reception closed. I have never experienced a hotel like this.
Un pequeño hotel familiar donde se nota que el equipo lo lleva con mucho cariño. Las habitaciones son cómodas, especialmente la cama, y la piscina es perfecta para desconectar y relajarse.
A lovely little family-run hotel where you can really tell the team puts a lot of care into it. The rooms are comfortable, especially the bed, and the pool is perfect for switching off and relaxing.
La verdad es que no hay nada que no me haya gustado. Quizás está un poco apartado de la playa principal, pero puedes llegar caminando fácilmente; es un paseo muy agradable, con bastantes tiendas y restaurantes de camino. También puedes ir en coche en pocos minutos, y el propio hotel dispone de parking para cada habitación.
Honestly, there wasn’t really anything I didn’t like. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the hotel is a little further away from the main beach. However, it’s an easy and pleasant walk, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. You can also get there by car in just a few minutes, and the hotel has dedicated parking for each room.

Bedroom could have a small table with chair / stool to put lap top computer on to do office work on.
I liked the fact room was very clean and appointed plus the staff very accommodating as were the support staff cleaning the room.
Room I would be adding a desk I worked from the room on Friday and Teams Meeting scheduled so going downstairs not appropriate - never experienced a Hotel where no desk and chair available - had to use the bed.
