Happy and a great reset for a small family after a few odd places stayed previously.
Pros:

Very lovely hotel. Staff were fantastic, helpful and happy.
We got a room upgrade from three single beds to a double and king. Very helpful for a young family of four!

Top Unterkunft in spitzenmäßiger Lage
Pros:

Ich kann gar nichts bemängeln ....Lage,Größe des Zimmers,Ausstattung sowie das Frühstücksbuffet aber auch das Personal war top !!!

In the heart of Ella!
Pros:

In the heart of Ella, the location is outstanding. Great service, good facilities & very nice staff that gave us a wonderful little gift on departure. If you want to get the most out of Ella & would like somewhere that is reasonably priced, then stay here.

The wifi is patchy, difficult to work with.

Good location, but dont take USD
Pros:

Location was good.
Food was very good.

Cons:

Being told that they take payment in USD and then not accepting them if they had any kind of mark or stain on them. They need to make it very clear on the website and on booking.com that only pristine USD notes would be accepted. Most of our notes had marks on them. Apparently the banks wont take them, yet we managed to use them in Colombo and Kandy and Tissa.

Die Lage in Ella ist hervorragend und das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Zum Abschied bekamen wir Tee geschenkt.

In unserem Zimmer 307 waren nachts extrem laute Geräusche, als ob irgendwo mit einem Bohrhammer gebaut wurde. Die Rezeption konnte es sich nicht erklären. In der 2. Nacht war es ruhig, dafür in der 3. Nacht ab 2 Uhr nachts wieder ihren betäubend
