The welcome on arrival and the general friendliness of staff. The location is good for most things, we use it for visits to Venue Cymru which is a short walk away.

Very clean and nice deco
The room was spacious and the bed was huge and comfortable. The bathroom was really big with a walk in shower and a bath.
The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.
We also ate at The Links in the evening and the food was really good.
The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Only suggestion would be some decent decaffeinated coffee, not just instant. Even if its just a cafetiere of good quality decaf, that would be great 👌

Didn't get what ordered in the restaurant
I ordered cheese and onion pie got turkey pie and none the staff could be be bothered apologising at the time made it feel it was my faullt
Gentleman on arrival and departure was very helpful. We even requested room for next 2 visits and it was no problem and if you’re concerned about parking which is my main concern, there is plenty. Its only a short walk to all amenities especially theatre.

Room was very comfy but small. No issue for us but there were three steep steps to the bathroom, probably should be noted as some may find this an issue. Spotless bathroom and the hotel itself very clean.
Only one window opened for fresh air. Only an issue because it was very warm outside.
The bar area, restaurant, outside area and car park are great and the food for breakfast was lovely. Staff are super friendly and very helpful.
Location just on the outer edge of town but we love a walk so not an issue for us and we found a shortcut to the prom.

Not a great deal to be fair it was a last minute booking and perfect for us.
Room overlooked busy road so a little noisy in the morning with window open but I’m an early riser so again no issue
