Très bon accueil avec le sourire. Belle chambre spacieuse avec très bon confort. Excellent petit-déjeuner buffet.
Hôtel idéalement situé pour un départ en croisière comme ce fut mon cas, juste 5 minutes à pied du terminal croisières.

Wir bekamen ein Upgrade, weil die Aussicht von unserem gebuchten Zimmer wenig attraktiv war. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Service!

Pros:

Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kamer was uitmuntend en zeer mooi. Wij hadden kamer 17.
Vriendelijk onthaal en zeer lekker eten.
Hotel was top en zullen zeker dit meedelen aan vrienden en kennissen.

Sweet spot in Dunkirk
Pros:

We were upgraded to a bigger room with A/C, and the room was huge, as was the TV. The TV also had Netflix and Prime access. Bathroom was also massive with a super shower. Staff was very nice. Location is great, nice restaurants are within 250 metres.

Cons:

To access WiFi the site asked for a lot of personal information, but I put in bogus information and it still worked.

Très belle hôtel à l’intérieur on s’y sens bien, très calme et propre personnel aimable et souriant très bien renseigné à l’arrivée.

Cons:

Un peu cher en prix pour une chambre petite pour un 4 étoile, situer à l’extérieur dans la rue près d’un tabac avec des tags sur les volets cela est pas attirant quand on arrive. prix petit déjeuner élevé. Prix un peu cher, chambre, Devoir donner sa clé à chaque sortie, prix du petit déjeuner élevée

Tout !!! Situation géographique top, confort top, déco top, propreté top, petit déjeuner super top, personnel .. de l'accueil à la salle petit déjeuner ... méga top !!!! Professionnel, souriant, "aux petits soins" !!!
Nous recommandons vivement cet hotel et pour nous cela devient notre adresse de référence à Dunkerque !
