Pros:

1. 前台人员的态度非常不友善，而且连EXPEDIA基本英文版的入住确认
单都看不懂。
2. 通过旅行社代订的房间，旅行社直接信用卡马上过账；但是基于酒店和
EXPEDIA的账期问题，前台人员一直说酒店没收到房费，单单办理入
住手续浪费了1个多小时的时间。

모든직원들의 영어 실력이 완전 꽝이네요.
수속을 위해 어쩔 수 없이 선택했지만 개인적으로 이용하기 싶진 않네요
