La habitacion era amplia y con encanto, conservaba los muros de la antigua casa y los muebles antiguos acorde al ambiente de la casa. Además, la cama era muy cómoda y grande.
El personal fue excelente, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos, serviciales, simpáticos y amables. Hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta, gracias Paula, Javi y Simon!

La atención fue inmejorable, nos atendió un chico británico en recepción muy amable, el desayuno increíble, muy atentos y con varias opciones a elegir. Un bello hotel con una ubicación increíble.

Una joya escondida en Sevilla (que se corra la voz pero no mucho).
Pros:

La ubicación fantástica, la tranquilidad que da el jardín del Alcázar, la atención de todo el personal, la exclusividad que da un hotel pequeño.

Cons:

Tal vez deba arreglarse o pintarse algún pequeño desgaste (puertas, muebles…) pero menor.

A perfect hotel to explore the beautiful city of Seville
Pros:

The location was perfect and very central. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked. The view from our room was beautiful with the peacocks in the garden.

Just wished there was more than a sheet on the bed.

100% excellent- staff exceptional
Pros:

Excellent staff, warm welcome from Simon and the girls at breakfast were polite and charming too. Beautiful room full of character and very comfortable. Perfect location and views onto the gardens of the Alcazar. 100% recommend. We stayed twice in the space of two weeks. Will return.
