We had a two night stay, all the staff were friendly and really helpful. If we returned to Saville again we would choose

Fabulous location,everything is walkable. We had the delux room looking out onto the Alcázar gardens and can highly recommend it.

Sin lugar a dudas, una experiencia maravillosa desde el mismo momento en que cruzamos la puerta de entrada. La atención de todo el personal, amabilidad y simpatía. Las facilidades y explicaciones que nos dieron. La tranquilidad de las instalaciones, la habitación espectacular que nos tocó. No sólo repetiremos en nuestra próxima visita a Sevilla, sino que será un sitio que recomendaremos a amigos y familia. Fue una estancia corta, pero agradecerles el trato que recibimos.

Uma excelente experiência em Sevilha
Pros:

O hotel fica muito bem localizado, perto de todas as atrações do centro histórico, como a catedral, a praça da Espanha e o bairro de Triana. O espaço do quarto é amplo, com uma vista para o jardim do Alcazar. Os móveis são adequados e o banheiro é excelente, com tudo o que é necessário.

Cons:

A Internet não funcionou a contento. Muito lerda ou inexistente muitas vezes. O café da manhã a la carte é um pouco confuso devido a pouca familiaridade nossa com alguns pratos oferecidos.

Pros:

We had a lovely welcome from Ana and all the reception team were friendly. We liked the location, it was a great position to explore the Cathedral, the Plaza de España, The Alcazar and Santa Cruz with its narrow alleyways to explore. The hotel was beautiful and our room was left immaculate every day.

Lovely hotel in a great location.
Pros:

We had the Royal Alcazar Suite - very much enjoyed the terrace. There was good air con, a comfortable bed and plenty of room. The breakfast was very good, and the location is perfect for the Alcazar and Cathedral in a very attractive part of Seville.

All good.
