Aside from the Location and the Cleaning/Maintenance Staff, there was little to Like.
First Impressions are usually correct and being served by Front Desk Staff that made You feel like You were imposing and They wanting to be somewhere else was a Harbinger of what was to come. At $300.00 per night, We were greeted with Black Mold in the Shower and along the bottom of the Tub. Rusty Sink Taps that spun endlessly with Water flowing, not flowing, flowing was disconcerting. Intermittent Grout on the Sink Shelf looked unsightly and disgusting. The Decor could only be described as putting Lipstick on a Pig. The Beds were Lumpy and uncomfortable as were the Chairs. Internet Service was spotty at best. No Complimentary breakfast nor in-room amenities. I could list more but I think You get the Gist...
rien
J’ai payé le prix négocié avec ebookers mais majoré de 53 dollars sans aucune volonté de donner une explication sur une facture incompressible . Établissement à éviter pour ne pas se faire arnaquer
Terrível
This is a scam, the room was not at the hotem, I must take a car and go to the other side of the highway to some hold facilities....
rien
deus séjours, cautions de 2x 200,00 dollars toujours pas libérées L’emplacement du frigo était vide, donc pas de frigo, Personnel de la réception du genre je m’enfoutiste.
The front desk and manager were very pleasant, this review has nothing to do with our interactions with them.
To put this review into perspective, we travel frequently and have stayed at many different hotels and accommodations over the years. Until this experience, I had never felt the need to write a negative review. Unfortunately, this stay was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share our experience.
We have never stayed in a room that was in such deplorable condition. The furniture was extremely old, worn, and clearly showed years of use. The bathroom was in terrible condition, with the moulding around the bathtub appearing dirty and covered in mould.
The pillows were soiled and lumpy, and the air conditioner filter was visibly filled with dirt and dust. The hinges on the doors were rusty, adding to the overall impression that the room had been poorly maintained.
These are just a few of the issues we encountered during our stay. Overall, the room was not only uncomfortable but also raised serious concerns about cleanliness and basic maintenance. For the price we paid, the condition of the room was completely unacceptable, and this was by far one of the worst accommodations we have experienced in our travels.
Excellent
More modern fixtures in the room
It was available.
Dated. And at $250 a night, the “resort” addition to their name is a joke. But…not much competition in GFW.
