Pros:

Áreas comuns sujas. Piso do banheiro manchado com aspecto nojento. Na área do box não tem suporte para shampoo nem para sabonete. A torneiro da pia estava solta. Ar condicionado barulhento. Ededrons sujos. Não recomendo.

Hospedagem simples com preço justo
Pros:

Che-kin e che-out rápidos, atendentes cordiais, estacionamento fechado e amplo, ambiente agradável ( no piso superior tem carpete que acredito ser para amenizar o som pra os quartos inferiores que requer atenção na limpeza pois deixa um cheiro estranho no ar), quarto simples e limpo, cama confortável, roupa de cama e toalhas limpas, Wi-Fi, TV, ar condicionado, ventilador, frigobar, guarda roupa, espelho grande, escrivaninha com cadeira, banheiro limpo, ducha maravilhosa com água quente (demora um pouco pra esquentar mas sem problemas), voltagem do quarto 110 V, meu quarto era bem arejado com a janela voltada para o estacionamento e embora o hotel esteja localizado numa rua de grande movimento não senti dificuldade para dormir a noite, Café da manhã bom com frutas, pães, bolos, frios, geleia, manteiga, sucos, iogurte, café, leite, chá, cerais, enfim bom custo-benefício. Recomendo este hotel e voltaria a me hospedar.

Pros:

O hotel é muito simples. O banheiro não estava com cheiro agradavel. Fiquei com receio e na duvida se estava limpo. Alem do mais não tinham colocado toalhas, nem sabonete. Precisei pedir na recepção. O café da manhã simples, mas ok.
