This listing is inacccuate. No restaurant, bar, or spa. The restaurant & bar seemed to be permanently closed. We saw a massage hut but no one working there and no way to book treatments. There was no reception & no one answers the number provided. When we arrived, we couldn't get in & had to use Google translate with a random guy to help us. We made our way on our own the entire week.Also - no housekeeping.There are a few towels provided when you arrive & that's all you get. If they get dirty, you're on your own to figure out taking them to be laundered.
The Arthouse is a great choice in Aldea Zama. The place is perfect! Clean and comfortable. Love the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the patio pool, perfect for our family of 4. We ate at the restaurant on site and it was delicious. We actually walked all the way to the beach and hotel zone, which was about 50 minutes to walk down Coba and only $25 USD cab ride back. Renting a bike could cut the time in a third. Lots of close restaurants and more being built up. Host was prompt with clear directions. No hesitation in chosing this spot again.
Quiet location with close access to restaurants and bars. Beautiful property and spacious rooms. I would definitely stay here again.
I absolutely loved the property. The restaurant, Norita, was amazing and we loved the customer service. We had to use what’s app to communicate with the staff but they responded quickly so it was perfectly fine. Arthouse will be the place we stay whenever we travel to Tulum.

Lugar es muy bonito, pero en cuanto al servicio deja mucho que desear, tuve que buscar a alguien para que sacara la basura, aunque el departamento lo entregaron limpio y las instalaciones están limpias, el restaurante Ojo de Agua los meseros son súper atentos.

We were in Jungle Luxury arthouse and it was absolutely the best accommodation we had so far.
Staff was really friendly and helpful and Manuel at front desk was great,always ready to help with all questions and everything else we needed.Thank you for making our trip Manuel.We will be back soon again.
The property itself is beautiful but the Arthouse complex has its flaws. For instance, we were a large group!of people staying in two residences and despite having the entire place practically to ourselves, we kept running out of hot water. We also ran out of toilet paper and were told by staff we had to supply our own.

El departamento hermoso tal y como estaba en la fotos... lo único malo es que en la piscina no puedes hacer prácticamente nada no puedes escuchar tu propia música porque te llaman la atención
No puedes poner las bebidas en el borde de la piscina por qué te llama. La atención... se me hace que en esa parte exageran mucho y las bebidas en el área de la piscina muy caras para mi gusto pagamos 600 por un mojito una cerveza una piñata y una fresada
Arthouse a été une fabuleuse découverte. La résidence et l'appartement sont somptueux. La décoration est extraordinaire, chaque matériau et objet choisis avec soin. Seul petit bémol, les travaux aux alentours et le bruit engendré. Mais globalement une superbe expérience !

Gorgeous property!! Feels like a 5 star resort! I felt very safe. The property is quiet and the main doors are always locked. The staff was friendly.
More of an apartment stay in the new development/maze called Aldea Zama in town, this place is wonderful. The pool is beautiful. We felt like the only ones there, so we basically had a giant pool to ourselves. The staff is so nice. They'll speak to you in English if you want.
It's so clean and comfortable. The A/C works so well, especially in that humidity. There were four of us (two couples) and there were two full bathrooms in our room.
I don't fully understand the little pool on our balcony, but I appreciate it.
There was a full kitchen with whatever you needed. They provided sparkling water and juice, but generally left us alone. So hospitable. I wouldn't have had it any other way. Parking on the street was plentiful. Bike rentals, however, are no longer free. Remember that since this is more of an apartment stay, they don't come in to clean up every day. Keep that in mind, and be a nice traveler.
The property was very clean. Staff was friendly and helped with questions that I had. Unfortunately some of the lights didn’t work on the balcony. Only one of the lights in the pool worked when we arrived then it went out so we had no lights outside. There’s loud construction that awoken is every day around 6-6:30 and didn’t stop till approximately 1700.
The place is nice for Aldea Zama but if you work hard in the real world to spend money on vacation and hope that the people you give your hard earned money to will treat you the same way you acted to earn it, “Art” House is not the place to stay. The front desk woman and the manager Natalia were incredibly rude to the point of disgusting and seemed to have no understanding of who was the guest and who was the host and who was on holiday and who was at work. Accordingly I would never stay here again an don’t suggest anyone else does the same until the staff learns the art of treating their guests like guests respecting their time on holiday. But after my discussion with Natalia I don’t see that happening. This place sucks.
Es un Hotel Boutique alejdo del mar pero en una zona muy exclusiva con detalles de mucha caidad tanto en las zonas comunes como en los departamentos.
El manager Norberto es muy amable y esta en todos los detalles.
El bar muy bien equipado y bien disponible a los pedidos aunque al bartender le falta algo de experiencia.
El chek in fue perfecto, nos facilitaron el ingreso antes de lo acordado, sin embargo el check out fue con una chica algo descortes, que nos apuro para salir rapidamente.
