スタッフはいい人です。バスターミナルまでピックアップしていただきました。隣の音が気になったので部屋も対応良く変えていただき変わった部屋では快適に過ごせました。シャトルバスの停留所もあり白馬のスキー場のアクセスは良いです。
If anything makes up for the room it's the staff. They are simply amazing. Check in was great! Check out was great! They are always there to help with reservations and general inquiries.
Plus: Shuttle buses stop right in front of the hotel. Free shuttle to bus terminal on the day of check out. Staff is great. Washer and Dryer, Cozy lobby.
Minus: Rooms, Breakfast, A little bit of a walk to and from EcoLand or the bus terminal. (Taxi's cost about 800-900 Yen, so not that bad)
Great staff and great service! Very helpful and accomodating. But the hotel rooms & facilities could use a renovation. It is rather old furnishings especially in the bedroom.
I'd recommend this place to ask who come for skiing and snowboarding.
Good stuff:
place for your equipment;
Nice chill out area;
strong air conditioner - gets hot in the room in no time;
Not so good stuff:
Weak wifi/ I was on the second floor and none of my two phones could find out connect to suggested wifi;
Some parts of hotel look like a homeless shelter;
In short it's an old place but if you spend all time outside - perfectly fine.
