Everything was perfect
Pros:

Super close to Nagano Station. Close to 7-11 and other tourist attractions. Facilities are quite new, staffs are really nice. Beyond my exception.

Short but sweet
Pros:

It was a short stay but was made very comfortable hy the additional amenities like a coffee machine in the lobby during certain hours.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a storm on my arrival date and there was a short blackout at the hotel. Staff were very helpful at this time and kept their guests well informed.

Struttura perfetta, ma cura dei clienti molto rigida
Pros:

La struttura è perfetta: vicino alla stazione centrale, stanza spaziosa, spazio comune con welcome drink e dolci, kit di cortesia a disposizione.

Cons:

Purtroppo ho dimenticato un souvenir alimentare sottovuoto in stanza e me ne sono accorta qualche giorno dopo. Ho scritto alla struttura ma mi hanno detto che lo avevano buttato per motivi di sicurezza. Avrei gradito un messaggio di avviso e di darmi la possibilità di scelta di tornare a ritirarlo.

Great stay
Pros:

Great location a couple of minutes walk from the station. Free cakes in the afternoon. Good breakfast. Choice of burger from adjoining Wendy's which seemed odd but in fact turned out well as choice included burgers with egg and bacon so if you get it without the patty it's a bacon and egg roll. You then go into main buffet part with good choice of cereal, fruit, pastries and cooked dishes.

Cons:

The pillows were lumpy. Solved by using only one and flattening it out!
