Pros:

Sehr sauberes Hotel in super Lage.

Everything was good except there was a humming noise that started around 5 am every morning.
Pros:

Location and staff

Cons:

Every morning around 5 am some humming noice started to happened. It seemed like either the hotel or a shop around there switched on some kind of equipment or machine. It was quite bothering.

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

Just 5 minutes away from Nagano Station, some 20 minutes away from Zenkoji.
The breakfast system in Wendy's + buffet sounded weird at first, but proved to be pretty good.
Free sweets, coffee and tea after 3PM.
The twin room was relatively big, at least at this price you'd expect something smaller.
Free lockers for anyone staying at the hotel, it was very convenient both for check in and check out.

Cons:

The bathroom is small.
