The space was adequate and roomy with a balcony over looking the ocean. Was a great choice and would suggest to anyone.

Out of the Blue Resort was a nice place to stay. We had the 3BR Villa and it easily accommodated our family and was very comfortable. The pools were nice and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The only downside was accessibility - the hotel was difficult to access due to construction on the seawall and is a long walk from the main street. There is no street access from the hotel - only beach access. This should improve once construction is finished but it was inconvenient during our stay. Regardless, we enjoyed the hotel and would stay here again.

The place going there is unreachable by car. No specific parking lot. No one frok the hotel to assist and guide you where to go and the front desk is just saying im sorry. That place is crowded with no space to park.

A definite resort to stay.

Staff is excellent!!! They work well together, like being with customers and know how to host artfully. Congee for breakfast was excellent. Please ask the front desk to contact Nandi, a local boatman to take you around the islands, to beaches, snorkeling, and the wet market in Puerto Galera. We highly recommend Nandi!!

Service was great, but the hotel itself and location left a lot to be desired. There are much better places to visit in the Philippines. I’d give Sabang a skip.

I highly recommend visiting this resort. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. This is a quite and relaxing hotel in an otherwise busy vaction region of Puerto Galera. The resort has beach access and a short 5 minute walk to Big Lalaguna. Lots of stuff to do in the area; I personally went snorkeling; wow, what an experience! Do hesitate to book your vacation at OOTB Resort.

Silent location.View is very nice!! 10 min on foot from center of Sabang .
Taste of dishes are good!!
Clean room but slow and lukewarm shower.
There are noisy electric lights.

And there are old white couples and families so that it's very silent places. The day Asian is only me.

This is the diver side of Puerto Galera. You can’t swim or or lay on the sand. It’s all rocks. Water is nice to look at. The real beach side is on another part of the island. The resort itself however is very nice, staff is excellent.

This really deserves an excellent rating. I gave it one less only because of the accessibility. There is no road leading to the hotel; same all hotels/resorts in the area. We had to park the car and walk a long distance with our luggage to reach the hotel. There were no directions provided, so we had to ask the locals and a young girl (going home from school) asked us to follow her. Then we had to go up four stories to get to the reception and one more to get to our room.
Apart from that, it was a wonderful and joyful stay. The staff were all cordial, helpful and very people and service oriented. The two pools were cleaned every day and so was our room.
The restaurant, The Verandah, is blessed with Chef Peter who loves his job. It was evident in everything he prepared for us over our three-day stay. The staff, including Precious, Glenn, Grace and Rhendo added to the joy of eating there with there attentive care and fantastic sense of commitment.
There were also the reception staff who made our check-in and out very smooth and effortless. They answered all our questions about the area and available activities. They also helped us with our trip back to the "mainland".
My family and I will go back as it was a memorable experience.

Really enjoyed Out if the Blue, had a relaxing 5 nights here as unfortunately the weather dictated so.
The restaurant food here is magnificent.

Great place for families. Spacious, pleasant, very clean accommodations. Well managed. Fully equipped kitchen. Large terrace with beautiful ocean view for Villa 2 (2 bedrooms and 2 full baths).Very nice pool. Hotel personnel friendly and very eager to please. Upscale diver accommodations .
Consistently good food service. Beach not so good. Recommended for diving stays but not beach vacations.
Ongoing construction activities next door (not a great problem. but a distraction) Nice experience overall.

Needed to see a Doctor upon arrival. Staff walked me to the Doctor's office. Needed extra sheet, pillow and blanket. It arrived almost before I got to the balcony to look at the ocean. Service was the fastest I've ever had. Nice perk here was the daily courtesy laundry service. And unusual for the Philippines, the laundry was totally dry. Food at the restaurant was great at moderate prices. The Hotel is in a quiet area on the beach, yet still close to the nightlife. Only regret is not having more time.

This resort worth all the best compliments a guest can give. Such a paradise surrounded by the attentive, friendly and accommodating staffs, great service, nice view from my room.They also have the best restaurant, The Verandah and the foods are superb! Everything is perfect! You will be welcomed by the friendly staffs drawing their sweetest and welcoming smiles while handing over cold towels and refreshing welcome drinks (I remember this drink was called Verandah Shake - their signature drink!). At the reception, every important details will be discussed including some activities that you might want to extend your stay longer to try this all :). Full breakfast included, bottled water, coffee, tea and free personal laundry service which is very helpful. Clean and spacious room.

This resort is highly recommended. I would probably travel back and stay with them again soon!
