Avoid at all costs stained sheets, grubby towels, dirty floors, no fridge, no safe, far from Benaulim beach with no taxis nearby

Hotel was fine - rather basic but room was bright & quite spacious with a huge terrace. Swimming pool didn’t seem very clean. Breakfast was ok
- more geared to Indian clientele but staff really lovely & eager to please. Location a bit far from beach & shops but nice & quiet. Overall we enjoyed our short stay.

A very basic rather tired hotel. All that aside the hotel staff were all fantastic and the sheets and towels were always very clean and the bed was comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Treehouse Silken Sands Hotel. Very friendly staff, comfortable & clean rooms and well prepared tasty food. It was a wonderful 8 days spent there and well worth it. We were a bit apprehensive at first due to the location of the hotel behind a football ground. But all that was laid to rest by smiling, courteous & ever willing staff. We wish to thank Asif at the front & his lady colleague and the very friendly and competent chef Bhim Singh. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one. We will surely be back!

It was an excellent stay. The breakfast is very good. The manager is very friendly and kind. Overall a very good stay.

Two reasons why I did not like this place:
1: found two lil roaches, one behind the headboard and the other behind the table next to the bed.
2: I had booked rooms for two nights (paid in advance) however, I had to checkout soon after the first night. When I requested a refund, I was denied that. I also got to hear a lame reason, which Is, they will not be able to refund one nights stay because they had given me a deal. Which was absolutely crap. Some staff was good; they spoke well; but overall management was crap.

Had a great stay. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were large and comfortable as well. Great value for price

Treehouse has the loveliest, most helpful staff and is a very well maintained property. We had been on the road for some days and it made us very happy to be at the Treehouse with its clean rooms and supportive staff.

We are really happy about our staying in this hotel. It is very quite, calm, clean. Staff is very very friendly, cookery team is perfect, especially Mr.Bhim Singh, he cooks absolutely delicios food (European dishes also). One proposal is to vary (diverse) breakfasts. The bed is huge with high-quality matress and bedclothes, bathroom fitment is new and clean. We liked coffee-set and complimentary drinking water. One disadvantage is too noisy A/C. In general it looks like 4 star hotel, we are satisfied.
