Omega Hotel

The location is good. Parking is free. But staff are not how you expect. The moment I reached room after check-in I am receiving call from reception saying I did not pay 15dhm fee at the desk. I told them multiple times I paid and the guy who called me was the one who gave me the card machine and I swiped my card and I got receipt. Still he is saying I did not pay and asking me to come back and pay. I asked him to check the camera and then call me. Guys on the day of your check out do expect multile calls from reception from 11AM. Check out time is 12pm and we know that. But they will start bothering you over phone calls from 11AM. Not once or twice. More than 3 times. Never seen such attitude before. Most important - no guests allowed. We are not allowed to take anyone to the room. We can sit in lobby or use the restaurant in the ground but not allowed to bring to the room. Ok thats it this is my last stay in this hotel

Very crowded in breakfast lunch and food quality not good

Upon arrival we were told that our reservation through Expedia did not exist. At 4 am after coming from a long flight with young children, this was a dreadful thing to hear.

We made efforts ourselves to connect with Expedia to resolve this matter. The hotel staff displayed no interest in helping resolve this matter or to discuss the matter with Expedia.

The Hotel was very nice to stay and the staff are very well trained obedience. The House keeping was very nice. Over all the experience is markable.

Definitely Recommend it to visitors.Outstanding value for money. Rooms are Spacious, facilities good. Staff was wonderful, friendly ,extremely professional and kind people. I would say they are definitely doing above then just good service . Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The front desk is totally unprofessional. They ask to call at specific time to cancel the reservation. Even after calling, they did not cancel my reservation.

Booked a suite... but for some reason breakfast wasnt included... guest friendly but still had to pay extra ... no drinks as in sodas or juices or extra water in the mini fridge. No bathrobes or slippers and warn out towles in the bathroom... id be embarrassed to say this is a suite.

Everything was good except the WiFi it didn’t work as they said but all good and the captains are very good.

Centrally located. Nice hotel. Overall good value for money.

This hotel is full off staff who do not care about the customer. It is scam that is run by the hotel who allow booking for 2 adults and 2 kids and offer only sofa(not sofa bed) for kids to sleep
And charge a lot extra money if we request extra bed which basic need for 4 people to sleep to justify the booking
This is one of money making scams that is run in the hotel. I would recommend to all other hotels of Dubai than this one

Freaking clean, and located near Al Fahidi metro station.Nice and clean gym. Uttam the fitness instructor hè Will give you one on one training. This guy really knows how to get you going for your goal. And the head manager was very nice (when i had very high fever) especially order his staff too take me to the hospital with his one private car no one does that these day.

I really love to go back to this hotel. Its just made my trip.

more welcoming at the entrance required as you have to wait for staff inside to respond while waiting
lifts are too small and hardly 4 people can stand in each (2 lifts) and at times staff use it for luggage and when busy in my case had to wait 5 min to go to 4th floor
